What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been an absolute game-changer for us in managing our online presence and engaging with our audience. Its reputation management feature is efficient and allows us to monitor and respond to reviews seamlessly across various platforms. The social scheduler has saved our teams so much time, enabling them to plan and schedule posts ahead of time while ensuring consistent branding. What's truly impressive is the analytics dashboard, providing valuable insights to optimize our social media strategy. SOCi has truly made managing social, reputation, and listings a breeze, and I highly recommend it to any business looking to elevate their online presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. We truly are so happy with all the resources the provide!

SOCi solves the challenges of managing online reputation and social media scheduling by providing a streamlined platform for monitoring reviews across multiple platforms and scheduling posts in advance. This benefits us by saving time, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining an engaging social media presence.
SOCi is a great platform that allows me and my team to view/respond to customer postings.
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi takes many different social channels and condenses it into one easy platform to navigate and reply to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the AI could use some work generating responses. Many of them are very robotic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving us time logging into various social channels. It's great to have one platform that syncs are of this data.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
The product is very easy to use, & has many platforms, and great functionality. It was easy for us to set our businesses up on the platform & our team had no issues using this on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wished the platform integrated with Pinterest.

We used SoCi to sync our social media efforts.

The graphics and tools to add campaigns to your social media are great!

Teh site is cumbersome and not easy to navigate quickly

What do you like best about the product?
They have a social media calendar to publish posts across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
They use a PST timezone for things but neglect to tell you that, so all of my posts for my EST business landed 3 hours late.

They host a website for us.
Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. The best part is AI response to reviews. That part is excellent.

Nothing. I don't dislike anything. I t is a good product.

Great Platform for Marketing!
What do you like best about the product?
The planner is a tool that I am using quite often. I highly reccomend using the planner on SOCi and I love that our marketing department can automatically approve our post without us having to reach out.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything that I dislike about SOCi!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the hassle of getting posts approved by our marketing department without directly emailing them and filling up their inbox more than it already is!

What do you like best about the product?
As a business owner that is not the most tech savvy, it is great to have a resource like SOCi to handle navigating social media. A huge audience, already in a mindset to explore services, is exactly where you want to in the forefront. SOCi provides that. The ROI is there if you listen to recommendations and stay active in updating your information for customers to see. I highly recommend them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would imagaine the biggest drawback is on SOCi's end; having to walk me through what to do all of the time. That fault is mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Market exposure - our biggest limiting factor isn't poor service or the inability to meet customer needs, its having a large customer base that knows we exist. People are constantly stimulated these days; you have to cut through the mess and make an impression. SOCi helps in a big way
Soci makes connecting easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I think that the interface is fantastic. We have multiple events happening in our market at once, with multiple managers, so the visual calendar is a big help when it comes to planning our content! I also appreciate that it integrates well with our current social media. We have never had an issue with formatting when posting, and the program is reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has proven to be challenging to tag donors or sponsors in posts. We have social media shoutouts as part of our sponsorship package, but we can't always rely on them being tagged when we @mention them (sometimes it translates as plain text). It would be great if there could be a seperate area on our submission form where we could include social media handles to tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a number of teammates who are all working different markets/accounts, using the same social media. It has made it so much easier to see who is posting what, when, so we can manage our social media output and maximize our impact.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is such a huge tool for our company. It is easy to use, and the support staff is incredible, I can always expect a quick and helpful reply from my customer service team. Shout out to Pat, Roxie, Matt, and Heather!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly do not have any downsides, the team is always willing to work with me, and they always take my suggestions into account when making improvements to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of recent improvements have been making the platform easier to use for different-sized companies. They can enable or disable rights within their locations to help keep your brand voice protected.
