Very user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it does the work for me. I don't have to rememeber to get on socials to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. everything has worked grat for me so far.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to navigate and schedule posts. It also makes it a lot easier to ensure your content follows brand standards because each has to get approved by someone on our marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs more features added to Facebook so that we can do content mixes, join groups from SoCi, and eliminate the need to get the page owner to do things natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows us to seamlessly post content to multiple channels which saves us a lot of time and effort.

The reports, ease of scheduling and multi use
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed that when I try to schedule a post with multiple photos i dont get to correct the images before being posted to instragram when they're not within instagrams diments so the photos get cut off. I also noticed when i schedule a post with multiple photos, it doesnt post them all across all platforms, it shows on facebook but only posts the first photo on instragram and LinkedIn as well. I'd been meaning to reach out about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to make simple posts across multiple platforms.
SOCI makes it so easy to manage our many locations info across the web.
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI's listing tool makes it so easy to manage our NAP info across the web. What use to take hours, now only takes minutes, and our SEO has never been better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the listing service was integrated with apple maps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to update lising info for 160 locations and SOCI makes it easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, it is extremely user friendly and helps you seamlessly post to multiple platforms, while still seeming individualistic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I haven't found anything I've been unsatisfied with, they are constantly improving though!

Being able to easily manage a social media account for a property.

What do you like best about the product?
The reps I have spoken to have been very helpful. They followed up just as they said they would and helped me solve my problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to manage multiple social media and ILS platforms all in one place while being able to use them frequently to handle resident reviews. The integration with our programs was easy, team implementation was fast, and the support we received from the customer success team was extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not anything I dislike about SOCi at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responding to reviews promptly and utilizing the AI portion to respond in the best way possible.
Appreciate the ease of use and straightfoward UI of SOCi
What do you like best about the product?
I own one of the Neighborly franchise brands and they have partnered with SOCi to help manage our social media platforms and integrate between the national marketing efforts and our local marketing through posts, pictures, and content. I appreciate the SOCi lets me see at a glance what is scheduled and help to better plan out what get's put out and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi does have a learning curve, much like all software, and while I appreciate the features that I am using, I'm sure that I'm not using it to it's fullest potential!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all of our social media platforms.
Great central location for all things notifications
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI takes all of my social media and other platforms and puts it in a singular location and updates me whenever I have a notification of review or we are mentioned. It allows me the ease of responding in the platform rather than going into the specific platform. That makes it so easy for me and saves me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is more user error than anything but sometimes I write a response and forget and press populate and it automatically populates a response over the one I had just written and I have to write it all over again. Again, this is my error but I wish the button was not right there next to the publish button.

It brings everything under one roof and allows me to watch everything in one place.
