Love SoCi
What do you like best about the product?
I love having all of my marketing in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to delete posts, I would like to receive notifications when SOCi posts to may various platforms. It takes awhile to get all of the networks connected

Being able to put all marketing campaigns in one spot

I need to use a little more to be able to give great feedback here. Starting up, it has been busy so I have spent limited time on the platform, but enough time to get a baseline understanding of basic features. Ill be able to provide more specfici feedback in a few months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping plan ahead so I can focus on my post when convinient for me, not when it is the best time to be on the social media platfroms

Very helpful in analytics and in sharing in most social media accounts

We are initially being brought to the company page and then put an extra step to go to our location. It didnt cover X or twitter accounts

pIt assist in scheduling postings and other relevant updates whenever you decide to post it in Social media

What do you like best about the product?
It bridges in several platforms so data is viewed in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's desktop focused and clunky. My company's franchisees never bought into it because seemed overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can view my general reputation in one place without having to log on to each 3rd party separately. I can also offer a calendar of social posts for my fran hoses to opt into.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes everythig so easy when posting on different social media platforms. Now we can have an actual social media precense! Also enjoy being able to quicly respond to Google reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Everyhting has been working well. Reporting function is nothing I can answer for so far as we have not used it long enough to see if we are growing our platforms or not.

I find it easy to reply to reviews and that SOCi gives me recommendations on what to say.

The pre-typed responses are amazing! there is a reaction that fits any scenario. They have helped cut my marketing time down so I can get back to other work that must be done.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have trouble with while using SOCI is how long it takes for a comment to show up, especially when using my phone. When I'm not at the office and need to reply to a comment or review i have to wait about 20 mins to see in through SOCI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is cutting down my marketing time by allowing me to post to multiple advertising sites at once.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it is very informative when it comes to analytics and looking at what your clients are searching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is overwhelming and I find the reviews to be a little bit difficult. There will be stars with no information other than the name of who posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the notifications for when there is a review. I find it helpful for a timely response. I honestly have not tried the Facebook post option yet but will be doing so in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SOCi is that I can post on all business accounts in one go! I can have the posts scheduled at different times in each platform and all done in one site at once! Same for the reviews, I can answer them all via SOCi without login onto a different platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike a bit about it is that it is very confusing on where to update the account of a platform or change the password for it, it should be easier to find and direct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving time management and social media management, it is benefiting the company I work for by being more media present and accessible.
Streamlined Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has significantly improved our social media management by connecting our accounts and allowing our provider (Robern) to post content on our behalf. This has saved us a considerable amount of time and effort, as we previously relied on a manual process. The automation and centralized control are extremely beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is the lack of customization options for the images we publish. It would be fantastic to have the ability to upload a brand template as a PNG layer that can be added to the branded content we publish. This feature would ensure that our posts are perfectly aligned with our brand identity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping us solve the problem of time-consuming manual social media management. By connecting our accounts and allowing our provider (Robern) to post content for us, we have streamlined our social media processes, saving significant time and resources. This automation allows us to maintain a consistent online presence without the need for constant manual intervention.
