SOCi is very user friendly and saves time posting to multiple accounts
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of positing to multiple accounts and the ability to schedule future posts.

Sometimes I have a hard time finding what I need in the library

Managing the account and staying updated with fresh content has proven somewhat challenging lately.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Support has been fast. Other than that I have no other comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a difficult system to use and many features were lost compared to our old system, Hearsay. It is not easily implemented for the feautres we need most. We typically would use the system every day, but due to the downgraded features it has not been used as much as we previously had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not any to be mentioned at this time. I am waiting for Soci to update their platform to gain the capability of posting in numerous different places.
SOCI - one of the best programs out there!
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, professional, positive and keeps a very casual vibe. From reviews to rewards & insights I just love the platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I love SOCI, best program ever!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No current issues, Sometimes the Ai replies were a little off but much better now and always improving
SOCi makes it so easy to stay on top of reviews!
What do you like best about the product?
The app with it's AI functionality makes it so incredibly fast & easy to respond to reviews! I'm able to quickly jump into the app when I get notification of a review and respond in less than a minute! The competition information is also really great to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social calendar can be a little cumbersome when using the library of posts, and I don't use the Discovery area of the social tab at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to stay on top of responding to reviews and therefore increasing our Google score and helping to drive more new clients to our location

We love being able to manage all our listings in one place as well as getting a easy at a glance overview of how they are performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a long onboarding process despite the fact we got them all our information quite early.

Managing everything in one place - plus the AI responses are great!
Why I enjoy SOCI
What do you like best about the product?
I really love how I can setup in advance all my posts for all my social media to go out. I can choose the date, time and set it to go. I like how I can do the same type of posts on multiple of days. It is a great tool to have keeping my social media posts active in between when I do other posts on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how Instagram doesn't have the link that is set up like the other social media sites. I have to try to remember to change it on my own each time. Or I have to go in the settings after it posted to edit it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can set up a couple of months of posts and don't have to worry about it again.
How to provide excellent and helpful content to your Real Estate Prospects
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI provides regular, interesting information, some of which is auto posted to my social media accounts, and some of which I can pick and choose to post should it meet my high standards of interest. Much of the content is relevant to the group of people I am trying to reach and assist and it helps me reach them on a regular basis so they are more likely to call when they are ready to buy or sell. Besides that, I find the content helpful and I enjoy reading the articles and watching the short videos myself. The mobile app is great and really keeps me in touch with the postings. It makes it easy to review optional material and post immediately for those extra touches with potential business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes an auto post article isn't really relevant to my particular market. If I catch it early enough, I can switch the article out for a different one, but that defeats the purpose of no-watch autoposting. It would be nice if periodic postings were tied directly to my zip code, such as posting local events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI helps me keep my brand in front of potential clients as well as my forever clients.
Convenient Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about SOCi is that my teams can schedule their posts in advance, setting themselves up for success in a very busy environment!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the Instagram posting does not allow geo-tagging or hash tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our offices are very busy all the time, SOCi enables us to schedule our posting to all 3 social media sites and schedules these posts in advance. This frees up our time throughout the entire month and decreases the amount of time it takes to post to Instagram, Facebook, and Google My Business.
