What do you like best about the product?
That I can schedule posts for the entire month in an. organized and organic way
What do you dislike about the product?
The option to select whether I want the post to be AM or PM is confusing, because when I click it, the other one turns darker, so I always get confused with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To create multiple posts for the month, I can utilize already-made templates. If I don't have the time to create something on my own, this platform has a library full of templates, allowing me to always have posts ready to go for the month.

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar view to lay out my posts in an organized manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not intuitive for me. I don't understand many of the features even after looking through the help section.
I have to have approval even for corporate suggested posts. It seems like if corporate is suggesting them, they'd be pre-approved.
The length of time it takes to get approval of posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to have store level social media accounts that previously we weren't allowed to have. Because it give corporate a way to monitor and approve what content is being shared, we can have social media pages.

What do you like best about the product?
The SOCI app is so convenient and easy to use. We've trained multiple users and they all pick up the software so quickly. Being able to schedule post in advance helps us stay ahead and keep us organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall is that not all features on the desk top are available on the phone app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media marketing efforts. Planning and organizing.

The scheduling when it comes to posting across multiple platforms makes this so much easier- you can even do it way in advance which is AWESOME!! It was very simple to learn how to use!

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely straightforward and easy to use. With a single dashboard, we can post to multiple platforms all at once, which makes the process effortless. We simply add our content and move on. I also appreciate having a representative I can reach out to if any issues arise. We incorporate it into our daily marketing strategy, and my entire team is comfortable using it. Thank you, SOCi!

What do you like best about the product?
I've realized that my other travel posts on my social media pages tend to get very little engagement. But when I share SOCi posts, I consistently see excellent responses across all my pages, with many likes and shares. Managing the platform is straightforward, especially when it comes to choosing which types of posts or products I want to promote. I also found the calendar feature to be very helpful and setting it up was a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about this product. I absolutely love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is a real time-saver for me! Now, I only need to spend about 20 minutes each week reviewing the calendar and deciding whether to confirm or adjust the content I want to be posted. I no longer have to devote so much effort to creating and uploading content for social media.

Better Customer Support and Integration Needed

What do you like best about the product?
I like some of the features that SOCi offers like the ability for the locator tool that includes templated customer landing pages. The team is very flexible with what customizations can be done, but this also requires development work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more features added like the ability for dealers or contractors to pull in any google reviews, or for customers to write reviews directly on the customer landing pages. I want the ability for SOCi to be editable without having to rely on a developer, I would like faster response times from our support teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is creating a dealer/installer finder that our certified installers can register and be displayed on our homepage
