Good product, terrible service team
What do you like best about the product?
Their genius product that allows us to respond to reviews, has been most impactful for our portfolio.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product has been buggy and we've run into several issues along the way, when we have reported problems it has sometimes taken forever to resolve and requires tons of follow up to their team. We don't feel like a valued partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple social media platforms, management of review responses, and ensuring consistency across our brand.

Schedule daily posts, share in different social media

I really haven't had any issues yet - all positive

Saves me time postings and scheduling posts in a day I can create more media

It manages itself... I can see what's going to be posted and edit it of I want, but its not required.

Some of the images have been of outdated models.

Great resource
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is a great resource to use for a social media plan! It's user friendly and saves me a lot of time!

It's a little hard to figure out and connect a business Facebook profile but once you do it's so useful!

It's automating my social media while still allowing me to keep it personal
Good alternative to Hootsuite

Good analytics, easy to add social media accounts

Interface could be a bit more user friendly ie: instead of 'schedule a post' ; have 'create a post' then work on scheduling.
It would be easier to use if on it's own app. I have to log into the company portal to use it.

Being that im not well versed i technical support, it was Very easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was all complied on one page .

I like that you can schedule the content across multiple platforms and the 'Peak Time" option is cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be kind of confusing given all of the options. Also, the canva/SOCi integration rarely works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content in advance for large initiatives, assisting other sites with content posting, and out-of-office scheduling!

What I find most helpful about SOCi is that it is an automated process. My content is fresh daily and I don't have to think about it daily which frees me up to work my business.

The lack of ability to personalize the content.

SOCi loads fresh, new and captivating content automatically every day. This frees me up to work on my business and I trust it to do its job.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes is super easy to publish posts on all social media platforms at once. It allows you to make posts in real time or schedule them in advance, streamlining social media marketing.

Can't really think of anything I dislike!
