Social Media Handled!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about SOCI is the dashboard! I can see my Reach and Engagement across all platforms. I know their demographics, what time of day they're online, and see my Reviews. I'm older and not fluent in technology, so SOCI is a very helpful tool for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only had SOCI for a short time, so far, and have not encountered any downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI is keeping me abreast of my social media advertising, helping me see what's working and what's not. Visually, I can see if I'm posting at 7PM and my followers are on at 10AM, there's a disconnect, and can change my posting schedule to get more engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Their staff have been incredibly collaborative, when we've had periods of poor service their leadership team jumped in to make it right and set us on a better course.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is missing some key features we would like, listings update confirmation being one, and the software update pipeline is slower than we would like. But you'll find that with any platform I would think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidation of our reviews, some reporting, thus far a solid listings partner.
Our business is acquistion based, so we have to try and claim a lot of exisiting GMB profiles. The SOCi listings team have had moderate success helping us do so, not as fast as we'd like but they are a great partner to lean on and augment our team.

What I love about SOCi is that you can upload a flyer or post to different sites at once!

There's nothing I dislike so far about SOCi

Is helping us to reach out and get more traffic to our Community.

Easy to use with a large number of features including reporting, photo storage, and analytics.

Reports could have more details and the ability to drill in to more granual measurements.

My Go To Solution For Social Media Presence
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using SOCI for a while now, and it has truly revolutionized my online experience. As someone who loves expressing creativity through various channels, this platform has become my go-to solution. One of the standout features is the ability to connect all my social media accounts with just one login. This has not only saved me time but has also simplified my online presence. No more juggling between accounts. I can seamlessly manage and share content across multiple platforms from one login.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike; which is really not a dislike but I wish you could do is if you could somehow connect Facebook Market place with the Facebook page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us engage our residents and our marketing efforts by being able to boost posts and post on Google. It also helps us respond faster to our Google reviews. We also love the contest part of it on Facebook.
Great system, lots of kinks
What do you like best about the product?
I like us SOCi pretty often, almost daily. SOCi is constantly adding new features that enhance the users experience. The platform does its' job and does it well. I've never had any issues with the most of their features. Support is always availiable which is extremly nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I strongly dislike the amount of API connection issues they have. Seems like there are issues on a weekly basis that hinder our social media posting capabilities. I also wish they'd send out a weekly newsletter of new updates and enhancements to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us give a lot of flexibility to our franchisees when it comes to editing our corporate posts, editing their individual locations on their own, and helps the franchisees management all their listings more conveniently.
SOCI Boosts Our Travel Business
What do you like best about the product?
Grateful for the game-changing impact SOCI has had on our travel business! Cruise Planners, Adventures With Vicki Morese, and David Norwood have experienced a remarkable upswing. From increased visibility to engaging social platforms, SOCI is one of the key components behind our success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have the time to learn all of the features offered by SOCI. The good news is I enjoy the platform so I want to take more time to learn as much as possible about SOCI so I may grow my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TIme. Time management is a challenge and SOCI becomes a one stop shop for all my social media platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is a great tool to use to be able to write a post and share it so all my social media platforms at the same time. It is also great to be abe to see reviews all in the sameplace as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I do struggle with a little is the system sometimes doesn't keep my password and there are so many passwords to remember sometimes I need to get back to the office to double check what this one is to get things posted.

Social Media Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar, I can set it and forget it basically which is definitely a plus. It will post to all of my social media platforms saving me so much time. It was super easy to set up with quick walk through instructions.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far there isn't anything that I don't like. I needed some help with that aspect of my marketing and now I have Soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I never remember to post to social media on a regular basis which stressed me out. Now, I know my social media is being posted to and it took away that stressor. Time is not wasted.
