Great way to keep up social media presence
What do you like best about the product?
It enables me to keep up a presence on Facebook without having someone constantly focused on creating and posting content
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have the ability to alert me of social media activity going on that might affect my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Puts regular content on Facebook on behalf of my business.

A Fix And Forget Social Media Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can get my social media posts setup and then let SOCI execute automatically. This gives me freedom to plan and not have to contantly be monitoring social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
You do have to take time to plan ahead. SOCI only works to the degree of your social media planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI helps me reach my target audience through multiple social media platforms. It helps me connect without having to reinvent the wheeel.
The right tool for the job
What do you like best about the product?
I like that is has most of the channels I need to connect into one platform. Not all platforms offer Glassdoor integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one channel integration that is missing is Google Play Store.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing most of the channels I manage into one platform for easy monitoring and responding.
Soci has truly helped our small business

I love the ease of use, the user-friendly design and the incorporation of Canva!

Honestly everything is great about Soci!

It is helping me save time by creating one stop where I can manage all my social media pages.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly even to those who are not tech-savvy. A lot of features. You can use it to post anytime to all your social media account in one go. You can integrate your social media accounts which saves you time. There is also their customer support that are available any time you need them.

Nothing that I can think of. I really love using it.

It helps me understand the market and how my social media posts are effective
SoCi Makes Social Media Engagements Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I am a visual learner, so it's interesting to see how much activity we are getting from our social media such as when and where the most people are responding and engaging. The graphs make it easy to visualize trends. I like the competition feature as it gives us insight on neighboring communities. Overall, very pleased with the SoCi interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
If anything, I dislike how SoCi doesn't have any suggestive information about how to increase our numbers. Just as they recommend post captions, I wish they would have different strategies in making better engagements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an apartment community, we are challenged with creating material that gets people engaged with us. SoCi is helping us by suggesting different kinds of posts to gain a better audience. It becomes difficult to find interesting things to say on a daily basis while taking care of other business, so it really is a load of my shoulders when I am able to use and schedule an engaing post ready to go!
