What do you like best about the product?
I love having all my social platforms in one area.
What do you dislike about the product?
When tend to get spam messages about our post being flagged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having to repeat the same process multipul times. Or having to rememember to post.

I love that I can do all my social media in one step and schedule on the calendar out.

The time it takes to get everything into the system.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to post. Really don't use that feature as everything for us needs to get approved anyway.
What do you dislike about the product?
List of dozens and dozens profiles that update. No one uses 99% of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't use it to solve a problem.

SOCI makes life so much easier. You can schedule posts, respond to reviews, track your business progress. It is truly a great service that helps save you time and resource

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful aspect of Soci is that I can write posts, reply to reviews and manage content in one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside that can't be helped is battling spam on Facebook. Or help with content creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That it helps me in the one person team that I am in. Also it helps in scheduling posting

What do you like best about the product?
The feature I like most about SOCI is the media post scheduler. I can schedule my posts for a week or more in advance and then I don't have to worry about it anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
The look of it is a little dated. Compared to other platforms like Meta, it seems like it could use an update or a face-lift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As previously stated, the part I like best is the social media post scheduler because I can plan all of my posts for a week or more and then I don't have to give it another thought.

What do you like best about the product?
I found SOCi's interface really easy to use and intuitive. It's been great scheduling posts across multiple social media accounts and I fully trust it. For instance, Soci alerts me if an image I'm trying to upload is too large or may encounter issues when posting. I can easily go back and fix any issues on a post for a specific platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally have not had any concerns when using SOCi, only that there is alot I could probably still learn!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps me with time management and keeps me organized. As a marketing assistant, it allows me to schedule everything and keep my files in order.

Nothing - it does everything I want it to do and also allows me a way to reward my resident's engagement.
