Why I enjoy SOCI

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how I can setup in advance all my posts for all my social media to go out. I can choose the date, time and set it to go. I like how I can do the same type of posts on multiple of days. It is a great tool to have keeping my social media posts active in between when I do other posts on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how Instagram doesn't have the link that is set up like the other social media sites. I have to try to remember to change it on my own each time. Or I have to go in the settings after it posted to edit it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can set up a couple of months of posts and don't have to worry about it again.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI provides regular, interesting information, some of which is auto posted to my social media accounts, and some of which I can pick and choose to post should it meet my high standards of interest. Much of the content is relevant to the group of people I am trying to reach and assist and it helps me reach them on a regular basis so they are more likely to call when they are ready to buy or sell. Besides that, I find the content helpful and I enjoy reading the articles and watching the short videos myself. The mobile app is great and really keeps me in touch with the postings. It makes it easy to review optional material and post immediately for those extra touches with potential business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes an auto post article isn't really relevant to my particular market. If I catch it early enough, I can switch the article out for a different one, but that defeats the purpose of no-watch autoposting. It would be nice if periodic postings were tied directly to my zip code, such as posting local events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI helps me keep my brand in front of potential clients as well as my forever clients.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about SOCi is that my teams can schedule their posts in advance, setting themselves up for success in a very busy environment!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the Instagram posting does not allow geo-tagging or hash tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our offices are very busy all the time, SOCi enables us to schedule our posting to all 3 social media sites and schedules these posts in advance. This frees up our time throughout the entire month and decreases the amount of time it takes to post to Instagram, Facebook, and Google My Business.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is a centralized place to manage social, listings and rep management - which is a huge win for our team trying to scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we are scaling our business, it's often frustrating the amount of manual work I have to do. I wish the team supported linking our accounts and making sure everything is setup just as we want it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
posting content at the local level. getting a birds eye view of what's going on in our accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that when we get comments, shares, etc., I am able to see it for all brands in one location. It makes dealing with multiple social media accounts a breeze and keeps me engaged with our followers!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could stay logged into the app instead of having to log in every time I want to look at it. The app does not seem to save login info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the problem of having to manage multiple accounts across multiple business brands- I am able to view all of my accounts in one location and no longer need to jump from account-to-account on my phone/computer.

What do you like best about the product?

Great way to manage all social media accounts

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is a great plattform to publish across all of your business social media accounts. Easy to plan and schedule your advertisements, easy to change or approve your plan and great if you have a team to make posts and then one to approve later.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doing mass approval is a little clunky but once you know the system its fast and easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share posts from multiple vendors on our social media plattforms helps reach multiple customers who would not have found us on our own.

What do you like best about the product?
The SoCi platform work well to manage the business listings of a multi-location brand. We've worked with competitors that provide similar tools; the main difference is how SoCi supports their platform with excellent customer service and a more pro-active approach than others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform works just fine, but the user interface could use a bit of a lift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SoCi helps our business to manage its business listings across a plethora of listing platforms including Google, Apple, Yelp, Bing etc... without having to maintain the information on the platforms all idividually. This is extremely helpful to keep all information up to date and aids with SEO rankings for our business.

Additionally we use their social media management tool to buuild out a content calendar, manage the review and approval process as well as post that content to individual social media channels.
