Easy Scheduled Posting
What do you like best about the product?
Great "auto-pilot" for content when you get too busy to post. The interface is easy to use, edit and add or remove posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer to be hands-on with social, so sometimes I wish the content was more customizable or that I scrubbed the posts before they are published.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy posting and gathering of analytics
Great for getting out to multiple platforms quickly

I love that I can get my customer's photos out to multiple platforms so quickly and cleanly!
What do you dislike about the product?
A few too many clicks sometimes to do a simple task

Taking Sales photos and getting them out for others to see

The ease of having social media posts made in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have an account through our franchisor. Often the posts are confusing and not relevant to what we do. Sometimes even contradictory. Also, there are often grammar/spelling errors. We have complained to our franchisor but the response is that we can monitor and change any post. This is supposed to be a time saving tool and I don't understand why we are having to double check for errors for SOCI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling of posts.

What do you like best about the product?
EASY TO USE AND SCHEDULE WORKS WELL AND MAKES IT EASY TO STAY ON TOP OF.
What do you dislike about the product?
NEEDS MORE CONTENT CHOICES. iF IT COULD OFFER A LARGER NUMBER OF OPTIONS WOULD BE GREAT.

Scheduling posts on social media in advance.
SOCI makes it easy to manage our social reputation
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI makes it easy to manage our social reputatation online. It is great to be able to respond to reviews in one central place and the AI feature makes it even easier. Utilizing SOCI to push out social media posts to multiple platforms saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of a downside to using SOCI,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI allows to to respond to all out reviews in one place. Prior to SOCI, managing the multiple review sites is time consuming and hard to keep up with. Additionally, as part of a Franchise, SOCI makes it easy for our Franchisor to recommend social content that as a Franchisee I can opt to push out ot our platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to work with and the integrations for all platforms make it very easy to manage multiple locations!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. Everything that the platform has provided has been just what we needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps make multi-unit management so easy in comparison to other platforms! The more robust features with social media advertising and management make planning and strategizing a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are usually a couple options for me to post from each week. I use it a couple of times per month when I'm pressed for time so that's convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
the content isn't relevant to my businesss. It's hard to dog around through all the articles. I can't get it to connect to my Instagram accoutn for some reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I post ads on Facebook. I don't know what else it does.
Soci is a Reliable Timesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is your 'one stop shop'. I love that I can get on and schedule social media posts to post at future dates, doing them in bulk saves so much from my daily to-do lists and it doesn't take long to create several posts. I far prefer the hour or two per couple of weeks! I am so greatful that every time someone interacts with my posts, leaves a review of our business or asks a question, Soci notifies me via email, and when I go to the dashboard to respond, Soci is so easy to use, I don't have to go hunt down the actual post in whichever platform to respond. I was not involved in the intial set up of the system, but I am sure that it's implememtation was as seamless and user friendly as the rest of the program is. I could not be more impressed with its feature and ease of use. My only complaint is that it can't make the rest of my job easier to navigate. Thank you Soci, you are certainly one of the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
Ummm....I love it all! I have not encountered anything that is not super easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a platform to create multiple social media posts, and allows me to schedule them to post in the future. It also makes sure that I do not miss responding to any interactions or reviews.

I love that I am able to schedule multiple posts to go out for the month at one time. Saves a ton of time!
