Love Soci
What do you like best about the product?
I love that posting to social media is always in one spot. I dont have to know multiple log ins andn can reach a large group in one space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more photos geared towards my property uploaded there, and faster notifications that a review has been left or someone has sent a message on one of our social media pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to post our social media regularly and allows us to respond to reviews in one spot
Great system needs to new mobile app

The capabilities of it. The insights you get from soci is so helpful

The mobile app. It's developed very poorly and could really use a new revamp.

I wouldn't say soci is solving problems

Love the approval system for clients.
What do you like best about the product?
I really think a big aspect of what I love about SOCi is the fact that we can share the post-approval/rejection links with clients. It really is a nice selling point and all the client feedback I hear about it is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were having some issues with posting plans. I wish you can edit posts once they are in the posting plans rather than have to create a whole new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The client relationship. With the posting approval links, clients feel as if they are involved and it helps with the comradery.

SOCi is helpful to get reviews from all sources in one place. I get updates sent directly yo my email whenever someone posts on a social platform.

No training was offered in how to maximize usage.

Reduces the amount of time I need to use in order to gather intel.

SOCi makes it easy to schedule multiple posts all at one time.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create marketing content and schedule it to upload all at once. This is so much easier than remembering to post relevant information every day, and often times, I don't have the extra time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could post multiple pictures and videos to Instagram through SOCi, but it isn't a huge negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage my time much more efficiently. It also is easy to keep track of all messages and reviews we receive, instead of checked multiple accounts each day.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, and their layout is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of Soci, sometimes it takes a while to load (could be a wifi problem on my end)... and there are alot of features on ONE screen.

They are solving the ease of posting advertisements.

Not much I dont like about it. Nothing really to complain about.

I like that SOCi continues to innovate and add new features that help me manage my social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when I got a push notice on the app that when I clicked, it would go straight to an area to reply or take action versus just the homepage. I also would love a cropping tool inbedded in SOCi.
