Limited Abilities To Post

What do you like best about the product?
It is nice to be able to post in all the social medias at once, in Meta I can only do Facebook and Instagram so being able to do all the platforms at once is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are that there seems to be a bug in its approval system of posts - for instance rejecting a post for "ally" in Sally Mercer Agency. Or the word "sure" in a post.

Instagram is constantly becoming unlinked, I must log in as the agency owner but SOCI wants to connect to my personal and business pages and I cannot get the agency accounts to stick and stay connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Schedule Social media posts effeciently.

Makes Social Posts Easy!

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes creating and scheduling posts for all of our social media accounts so easy! If we have a holiday or special event coming up I can schedule it whenever I am thinking about it so I don't have to remember the day of. I also like being able to find and reuse old posts quickly. That feature comes in handy when I need to post a reminder or update on our social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't tell me immediately if something is wrong and a post won't publish to one of our social accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the problem of having to keep track of special events or posts for enrollment/open houses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the scheduler and libraries so you don't have to recreate posts or start from scratch.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is easy to use and schedule posts each month. The dashboard for tasks and insights is easy to navigate and extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using SOCi. It has dramatically helped our business with scheduling social media posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps administrators with keeping track of social media advertising by reviewing and scheduling posts.

Easy to use on a computer

What do you like best about the product?
The program is easy to use, but mostly just on a computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using on a phone the question mark help button is always blocking the "save/schedule/confirm/post" button in the bottom right hand corner and its super frustrating. You also will have some difficulty uploading videos through your phone but they upload fine when using a computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling is the biggest benefit we are getting from it

What do you like best about the product?
The 2 things I love most about soci is being able to post in mutliple places at once and being able to schedule posts in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is a down side but I would like to be able to use an app from my phone.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the organization SOCi provides, making it easier to schedule my content efficiently. The calendar feature stands out as it allows me to view and edit all posts easily before they're published. It's user-friendly and learning to use it confidently took less than an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of emoji support when scheduling posts problematic, as it restricts the ability to engage with current social media trends and enhance posts’ appeal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it more organized and easier to schedule content in one go, view and edit posts anytime before they are posted, and the user-friendly calendar helps manage posting schedules efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that you can post to all your pages from one screen. The scheduler is a great feature as well so that I can monitor when and what is being posted easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing pages is a bit complicated, but SOCi support was very helpful walking me through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before it was harder to keep track of all the scheduled posts to the different social media pages and SOCi has made that easier.

I an issue connecting one of my social media accounts, but finally were able to troubleshoot it with SOCi and it's good to go.
