Makes posting easy !
What do you like best about the product?
The platform provided a ready-made schedule along with suggested posts, both of which were simple to modify as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have not been tailored to the specific hotel or location yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool primarily for creating content and managing my social media accounts. It helps streamline my workflow and makes it easier to stay organized across different platforms.
SOCi for Property Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to add users into specific locations. It’s a pretty intuitive process, and all types of users are able to access the invites.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult knowing where some information is, and the full capabilities of what SOCi offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly review management and social media post scheduling.

Effortless Social Media Management with SOCi
What do you like best about the product?
I find SOCi incredibly easy to use, which makes managing our social media sites so much more streamlined. Posting to multiple sites at once and scheduling them in advance saves me a ton of time. The AI rewriting feature is particularly standout, as it adds a little extra to what we are trying to say and really brings out my creativity. Setting up SOCi was super easy, which made the whole experience smooth from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pre-made items could be better if we could upload photos of the property and items were created using those images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi saves me time by allowing me to post to multiple sites at once and schedule them in advance. Its ease of use, particularly through AI-driven rewriting features, enhances my creativity and adds value to my social media management.
The Best Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple and easy it is to use and it integrates with multiple platforms at once. I like that you can schedule posts out in advance, use AI to help rewrite comments, see previews etc. It is very user friendly and very easy to learn. I use SOCi to manage social media platforms for an apartment building, and I just really like that it posts on all the socail medias at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about SOCi. I truly enjoy all features that SOCi offers!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing about SOCi is it saves time. It being able to post on all social media platforms at once saves time, and AI writing comments helps keep the posts engaging and fun for the viewers. It makes my job so much easier and I love it.
Soci has made marketing much easier
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is user friendly, and has made marketing more a pleasure to do because everything is in one place and integrates with our google and facebook. SOCi is more frequently used do to the integration.

I can't think of anything that I dislike about SOCi

What do you like best about the product?
It allows scheduling out early for social medias
What do you dislike about the product?
Videos are choppy / wont work at all. This causes issues for us as an apartment complex that works on trying to upgrade our social media we still have to post videos ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing to prepare pictures earlier and posting for us already ahead of schedule when we may not have time

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi is very user friendly and helps me coordinate posts as well as makes it easy to schedule material. I use it multiple times a day with both business' i do social media for, so i appreciate the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side is the tagging of people for posts when you are trying to shout out suppliers/ people who we collaborated with. It does not pop up when you start typing. The other thing is minor but Emoji's don't come up either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping me manage my time better with easy and convenient ways to schedule posts.
Great Product for a busy schedule.
What do you like best about the product?
Soci has been amazing to help minimize time spending on review management. Something that used to take 30-45 minutes now just takes a couple minutes daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are alot of tabs and navigating it would help to simplify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci keep us on top of reviews daily and makes it easy to respond with ease.
SOCi has been an excellent tool to help me get my posts out on time and save me time.

I definitely like the scheduling feature the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to see past posts better and to delete them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I'm not naturally inclined toward social media, having it as part of my job can feel overwhelming and add extra stress. However, now that I use SOCi, posting and managing my content has become much simpler and more manageable.
