SOCi makes things much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access multiple platforms with a single login. It makes responding to customer reviews a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any compliants about SOCi.

SOCi puts all of our social media and online reputation management in one place.

Responsiveness needs improvement but the platform is solid.

Great Premise, So-so Execution
What do you like best about the product?
While the idea behind SoCi is commendable, improvements are needed to enhance the overall user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
SoCi's premise holds promise with its innovative concept, but the execution falls short. Navigating the site feels cumbersome, and the user interface lacks intuitiveness. Attempting to upload content for one site makes the content for another app look poor, or incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The inability of SOCi to connect meaningfully to instagram stories. It's not meaningful so I'm not sure if anyone's problems would be.

Being able to schedule out our post is amazing. Quick and easy to use. I love being able to just upload flyers, calendars, etc...

Nothing I have found thus far to be difficult or challenging in any way.

Posting on social media platforms so that I can focus in other areas.
Easy to use platform

The basic layout and flow of the features
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not flow as easy for custom posts so I tend to still go straight to the social platform to make a custom post. For example, posting a photo I took of the office and posting to my Facebook business profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is my resource for posting company approved content that is already created for promoting my business.
Soci makes my job much easier! Expert information in a professional format.

Automation make it easy to provide information to clients and followers. Information is in a professional format.

Not set up for admin use at firm level. I provide social media for our office, not individual agents. ButI do like using it , set it and forget it.

Getting automating information to followers and clients, and keeping our social feed fresh and new.
