Great tool to post across platforms and accounts
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is great because it allows me to manage multiple accounts all in one place. Posting is quick, navigating the scheduler and customizing posts by platform is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that SOCi had additional capabilities like scheduling reels to Instagram and Facebook, and posting to Pinterest. I don't like that SOCi does not resize imagery for Instagram so you have to take the extra step to resize it before scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all the accounts organized and in one place has been incredibly helpful so there's no need to log in and out of multiple platforms or toggle between web browsers.

Using SOCi is a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is very easy to use to schedule social media posts. Plus, the ability to make changes as needed and have them quickly happen make SOCi indispensible for a small business owner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I might dislike abou SOCi is it does not seem to be as easy to upload new pictures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi solves the problem of time. Being able to schedule posts when I have time and then have them distributed throughout the week or month is invaluable since time is the commodity I have the least of.
Reputation Management at it's best
What do you like best about the product?
Soci has been a huge win for our company. Our franchisees find it to be so useful as a one-stop-shop for reviews, listings, and social media. The leadership loves the ability to be able to see what's happening in the field at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see the ability to upload images to multiple locations at once and the setup for Yelp is not going well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This gives our franchisees a very quick and easy to use platform to handle their reviews and social media
SOCi Product Review
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of SOCi. There is only a very short learning curve, and once I navigated the dashboard for a couple hours, I felt very comfortable. I recommend to anybody wanting to create a content calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the SOCi dashboard can be modernized to simply look more appealing. I believe if the aesthetic improved slightly, then all the boxes would be checked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has helped simplify creating content calendars for hundreds of clients. With the simple platform, we are able to effectively coach clients on how to best optimize the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly. I have used Hootsuite in the past and Soci is so simple compared to hootsuite
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot add Facebook groups and it is difficult to post with instagram and Google. Once in a while, it just doesn't post what i want it to post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can prepare my post in advance, so i don't forget or don't work 24 hours a day. Easy to use with other co-workers. Easy to monitor.

SoCi is really easy to maneuver when reviewing the reviews left for your location, they also make it easy to reply to your reviews

I don't think there's anything I dislike about SoCi

It's helping us get instant feedback on reviews left at our locations
Brief and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Make post in one place, and chek the status inmediatly. Also, the reports are useful to send easy to everyone. I like to keep the images to easy acces. Finally, keep all accounts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thinke the visual is a little difficult to understand for most older people, the head of the website is too different. Also, I noticed the website is not responsive. I work from a tablet and it is kind of hard to get good visual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To manage all social media accounts in one place to get general visual to all of them.
