SOCI for 9Round Kickboxing
What do you like best about the product?
the fact that you can post to so many platforms from a single screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it doesn't let me post videos to social media or uplaod them into the library. even short videos that take up minimal space
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
posting to one location but not others, not being able to schedule posts ahead of time. SOCI is saving me tons of time which allows me to spend more time in my business
A Great Way to Connect as a Company
What do you like best about the product?
I like how modern and easy it is to use. Working for a large corporation it can be hard to find a "one size fits all" product when it comes to effect communication across the entire company. I feel that SOCi for us has been as close as one will get to that "one size fits all" in terms of ease of communication across the company as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to sign up for multiple accounts and I felt originally unhappy with having to have another account that I couldn't link with my existing employee profile with my company. I would suggest my company/SOCi work it out so I can sign in with an existing profile (ex. Like how one can sign in with LinkedIn) so it limits the amount of profiles, passwords, etc we have to keep up with as an employee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has made finding solutions within large groups easier to do with the ease of getting surveys out and being able to communicate with large groups of people that I may or may not know yet.

Soci minimizes my time in worring about marketing constantly.

There isnt anything that I dislike with SOCi

Soci makes Social Media easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Automation is the best feature of Soci. Somewhat of a "set it and forget it mentality", I can schedule my posts and spread them out accordinly to deliver differnt messages and content at key points of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I can say about not liking Soci because it is so easy to use and versitle. It runs with all of the major social media platofrms and i love that I can post to all of them at once.

Soci really helps with time management and optimization of getting the most information out in the shortest amount of time. With the integration of Home Office listings, I barely have to lift a finger,
Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that all of our social media platforms are all in one easily accesible location. Being able to access each individual platform without having to login and out is a GAME CHANGER!

I have not found an issue with SOCi yet. I'm so in love with this program!!

SOCi is solving our issue of being able to plan our marketing well enough in advance all ALL platfirns that we use!
Great for multi-locations
What do you like best about the product?
Its great for a multi-location business such as a franchise, which is why we use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a lot of daily glitches and is a very slow load time.

The ability to monitor multiple locations and platforms in one website.
Quick and Easy to Navigate

The daily notifications that helps keep us up to date and on task.

It assists us in maintaining top tier customer service in our location. We are able to stay up to date and on task with positive and negative customer feedback.
Easiest platform
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place. easy to read and follow. And everything is where it needs to be

Alot of green on the web application i wish if they used more friendly colors such as blue or gray

I like the simplissty of having pre loaded customer responses its easy to choose the correct words and submit a response

What do you like best about the product?
Using SOCi is important due to the metric and analytic that pertains to the business and the consumer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think maybe the creation of accounts integration. I have it through work but when I sing in it makes me create a seperate login.

It gives an outlook on what is being perceived on the consumers perspective to the company. This is very important as to the outlook of the business in order to have the growth and increase in visability.
