Great for keeping track of everything
What do you like best about the product?
I dont have to sign into EVERY single platform to keep track.
Makes certain post works for the platform (different character requirements).
Being able to make certain you are not overstaturating between local and head office

Engagements and notificiations must be checked manually

The numbers of interactions better to analyze effectiveness versus other mediums (newspaper and radio advertising)

Occasionally social media posting glitches.

Allows for the management of online profiles in one place.
Saved me 10 hours of time monthly!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. It is very intuative and simple to figure out. I was able to create a profile and easily connect my social profiles plus get started scheduling content within minutes! I love how I can see a week or a month of scheduled content at a time! A couple months in and I am still really enjoying the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only had a few weeks under my belt with using it. Right now I don't dislike anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to take me about 2.5 hours a week to download/upload premade social media content to all the different platforms. Now I can do that with in seconds per post. It allows me more time to edit and create more individualized content. I have gained more time to be working on the business.
All-in-one
What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCI because all you need to monitor and track and communicate as far as marketing, are in one place and that you can see teh trend.
What do you dislike about the product?
If SOCI pulls from each account, exp; facebook, instagram, tiktok, etc. and funnel to SOCI, would be great. This way it is not only tracking if it is posted on SOCI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All social media platforms are managed in one place. It saves time and gives thorough feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci makes it easy to schedule out content for the month for both of my leasing properties. I am happy they updated letting us post stories. It has a lot of great features that are easy for a beginnger to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would let us tag the location on Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it so I do not have to manually post each day on all of my social media platforms. It saves a lot of time.
SOCi puts everything at your fingertips on one dashboard!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it SO easy to manage and update all your social networking and other online platforms. It is super easy to setup (as long as you know your logins for everyting).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing honestly! It just does what it says.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it so easy and convenient to manage all of our social media posts, as well as our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not been a downside to using SOCi so far. It's been a very easy, helpful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has helped solve our inconsistencies in our social media posts. It's also been very helpful in making regular updates to our website. It's made it much easier for us to keep tabs on our digital platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can create posts on different sites, such as Canva, which will then post to all of our company's social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was hesitant at first, just being new to the site. There are no cons at this time.

The site makes posting in different places at once and getting more data more accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is a very powerful tool that is really easy to use! The ability to post to several different platforms at once is a huge time-saver and allows us to efficiently get our message to the public
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were ways to connect to platforms outside of the major ones, but this is a very minor "con".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci helps us post and manage our social media content across all the major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Google My Business)

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi had made social media so easy for my property! It's like a one stop shop kinda place. I can handle all my reviews, post on all social media platforms and that is able to save me so much time! Thanks SOCi!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes spam messages will come through and it would be nice of those were intercepted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am immedidately notified of all reviews. This helps to respond quickly to any reviews that are less than desirable.
