What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly easy to manage and respond to reviews and to see which ones have not been responded to. The feature to autogenerate a response is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any problems with the features I use.

What do you like best about the product?
Discovering SOCi was like finding the hidden gem of social media management tools for our company. It's like having a virtual assistant dedicated to our online presence, ensuring our posts are timely, engaging, and tailored to our audience. With SOCi, we've seen a noticeable uptick in online customer engagement and interaction. All while saving us valuable time and effort. What do you dislike about the product?
Have a hard time trying to search specific comments/reviews by using keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI brings in multiple social media platforms and puts it all on one dashboard. SOCI makes it easy to analyze market and location trends based on reviews and comments across all of our social media outlets.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling of social posts and the ability to see and reply to Google Reviews!
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating social posts on SOCI doesn't have all the features you do when you create them on the specific app. Tagging specifically could be useful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi makes it a lot easier to handle Google! Also, the ability to schedule social media posts is very beneficial!

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to post and navigate through. Loaded picture and ideas of post to be able to personalize.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Libary is maybe something I need to get used too but the know to what to toggle through hasnt been the easiest for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Be able to post on many platforms all at once

What do you like best about the product?
I'm thrilled about the ability to efficiently handle numerous social media accounts and organize groups for a franchise. Additionally, I'm impressed by the diverse array of tools available that aid in simplifying my content planning process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish, i could use it for Reels and TikTok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping me from using multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The topics are relevant and the content can be used for other purposes as well. At times I've used the content created to prepare presentation , etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. The only thing would be that easier functionality could be added to customize the posts to the end user vs the generic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The topics are relevant and useful. This saves me hours tgat I don't have to create my personal content.

The scheduling tool has been really useful - especially choosing peak times for readership.

There isn't anything that I disclike about Soci.
