Monday Reporting Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI has simplified Monday mornings for me by aggregating all feedback, positive and negative, from various platforms into one accessible location. Sayonara, Monday blues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not had any issues using SOCI, so it's hard to say what I dislike. I do think it could be made a little simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to monitor multiple platforms.

Good Social Media Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and simple way to manage my social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have as many features and seamless integrations as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Me not having to do anything except setting up posts and it automatically schedules them for me.
Soci has helped me alot with my reviews. I also really enjoy talking with our account manager!

I like that AI option to respond to reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how easy it is for centers to become unlinked.

It helps me manage all the reviews for all of our stations.
SOCI is a user-friendly platform that quickly delivers your message to your linked social accounts.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user-frienfly interface. I can search previous posts with ease and post to my linked account instantaneously. So far, I haven't tried to do something SOCI wasn't capable of. I'm a big fan!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about SOCI is barely worth mentioning. The only issue I have had is on a rare occassion my post takes a while to make it to the platforms despite SOCI telling me it is published.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to post to multiple platforms without having to sign in to each of them and write seperate posts. I write one post and publish it to all my platforms.
Helpful in allowing me to push out an appropriate message to a variety of "media"

Use of multiple media with one access effort.

Adding yet another set of passwords to keep track of.

Having to deal with multiple plaforms with the same message.

We like SOCI because it helps the marketing team plan and lay out any of our content to integrate it to different platforms, making it easy to get out promos and information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that we do not like about using SOCi

It has allowed us to have equal platform listings and allowed us to reach a larger group.

You cannot create a post and story at the same time.

SOCi is helping me schedule all of my social media posts to many accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and X) at once.
Easy way to manage any and all social media
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Soci because I am able to manage all of my social media platforms in one place. One day a week I can sit down and have all of my social media post planned for the next 2 weeks. From instagram stories, to facebook post, to even posting on google. It is easy to access photos and the caption section.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides of using soci is that I can post all at once but I can't edit all at once. If I am typing a caption and have a spelling error, I have to click each individual social meida platform to edit the post. This is time consuming and frustrating when I am able to post all at once. The app could use some work, it is weird that the app is set up like the website, there are ads for the app in the app. If I click one wrong thing, it starts me complete me over. I do not have this issue on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have all of my photos & post in one place. Before I had to save everything to my phone and upload them one at a time or schedule them one at a time to each platform. This used up all the storage on my personal cell phone for all work related things. I would have errors in post due to having to do them one at a time.

AI generated responses and ease of use to switch between accounts

App login has never worked for me - I am required to add my password each time logging in rather than password saving

Not solving an issue, but use it to respond to reviews mainly
