What do you like best about the product?
Soci has alot of useful info and it is easy to navigate.

Needs broken down into layman terms so that it is easier to understand

It helps us look at what posts do well and what do not so that we can optimize our social media presence

What do you like best about the product?
Soci helps us promote our property 3 times a week. It helps us with online/social reputation. We also have reviews come in through soci too

None so far. Honestly, everything about soci has been working well for us

Wonderful way to simplify Social

What do you like best about the product?
Extemely user friendly, helps stay on top of social media for our business. I love how it saves us time and money while prioritizing our business sounding professional at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
We love it- no complaints, its been more than we expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves us alot of time posting to multiple social media platforms, helps us to quickly respond to any reviews. We love how we can save prewritten responses to reviews also which saves us time but never compromises our professionalism.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has done a good job of listening to our feedback, investigating questions and issues, and communicating answers. The SOCi team did a great job designing and implimenting our local store pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SOCi platform feels somewhat incomplete. Certian aspects of the platform are counter-intuitive and we often struggle to get complete and direct answers to our questions. When asped about features or integrations, SOCi team members often don't know the answers and need to research or consult with their developers. Because of this, the platform feels somewhat incomplete like it's being actively developed while we are using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Local store pages (store locator) - SOCi local store pages are a huge upgrade from our previous solution. This is mostly due to the integrated/embeded OLO menus on the local store pages.
Online reputation management - SOCi provides a solution for us to view and respond to reviews. This works most of the time.
Local Listings Management - We have this service through SOCi affiliate OLO Sync. This process has been the most problematic as the communication between SOCi and OLO is often muddled and confusing.

Soci makes scheduling easy

What do you like best about the product?
I find the scheduling tools to be especially helpful and the ability to easily move scheduled content without having to rewrite anything. Trainings were helpful in implementing this tool with our current social media platforms and systems we already had in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any complaints as far as SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a difficult time planning ahead with our previous system and SOCi has been helpful with me scheduling posts ahead of time and being proactive with our marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
A fine choice for franchises but I would not personally implement on my own. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there are better options that can provide more features for similar pricing. I was not the one to implement but brought on for use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is managing multiple locations in one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Hands down, the people that work at SOCi are the most professional, helpful people that I've had the pleasure to work with. Their incredibly knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to make sure that our needs are being met.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features of our store pages should be available for us to manage ourselves rather than go through the development team (like promotions, about section, offers, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to increase our SEO benefits, managing and replying to our reviews to help offload that responsibiilty from staff, getting customers directly to the store location most convenient to them.

What do you like best about the product?
When formulating a response to a review, SOCi lets you generate a response which then you gives you an idea of what you want to say. Once SOCi generates a response, you can tailor it a little more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The generated responses are a little robotic sometimes so you have to tailor it to a non-robotic response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to see all reviews from different platforms (Facebook, internal website, etc.) in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCI is that this software is the easist software I ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is an interesting question to ask. I believe that there isn't anyting wrong about this app.
