You can do everything in one spot instead of using 2-3 different products.

There is a little bit of a learning curve.

SOCi is a fantastic tool for scheduling and managing social media posts. I really like the reporting that is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues with SOCi. It has been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have our Franchisor connect to SOCi and schedule all of the relevant posts for my business. I can review the posts, edit them as needed, and review reporting on which ones are doing well. I can also add in my own posts.

Great self-service tool for marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Soci puts management and monitoring of our online and social marketing in one convenient place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be intimidating for non-marketers, but's surprisingly easy once you dig in. We've onboarded new members in 15 minutes. Then they're working with it and enjoying the convenience of having just one tool. The scheduling feature's a big hit too.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature that I like about SOCi is the scheduler.

The one aspect that I dislike about SOCi is the inconsistency in metric reporting.

Great product, difficult interface
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI was very helpful for reinvigorating our social media presence. The pre-written posts are well-tailored for dealers and there's a lot to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not find how to approve posts for the life of me. No matter how many different places I went on the SOCI software, I was only able to find the post approval page once. When I did, I approved every post for the next few months because I knew I'd have a hard time finding it again. Honestly I stopped using it because I couldn't find the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The constant social media scheduling is something that's difficult to maintain. SOCI is good at taking some of the required time away from that.
