What do you like best about the product?
The Best part is how easy it is to schedule posts and to grab posts from previous libraries whenever we want to test a new strategy or launch a new location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish we could post directly to Tik Tok and Youtube Shorts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now post on behalf of our Franchisees and remove that marketing hat. It also helps our overall social proof and impact as we launch paid advertising on socials.

It’s a fine product, I’m just not sure I see the overall value in it.

The report that we receive is a consolidated way to track our reputation.

It's not so much the product that we dislike, we just feel there must be more to it that we understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves us from having to pull information form multiple resources.

SoCi Helps With the Heavy Things

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing is very time consuming, but SoCi is east to use! The east of integration is also very nice as they support almost every media format!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be a little more capatable with Apple products like Safari. I also notcied that I was having issues attaching video tumbnails to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving me time and allowing me to post accross multiple platforms at once!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that they handle the social media stuff so I can handle sales. I love the ease of managing the account as well - the platform is so easy to use, and really helpful to see what is coming up - which makes it easy to personalize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in awhile a client calls about a post I missed, and I have to find out what amazing thing they are calling about LOL but that is a good problem to have!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving my problem of only having 24 hours in a day. To have them behind the scenes, handling my social media platforms is so helpful. I get feedback from clients all the time about how beautiful my posts are, and it really does create interest - and keeps my name top of mind!

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi enables us to push regionalized content to all of our franchise locations smoothly effectively. We appreciate the conversation function, making it efficient for us to respond to engagements. We are currently looking into a bigger package which says a lot about our experience with the platform. Our contact team is also awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the reports will pull inaccurate data which can be frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without SOCi, we wouldn't be able to push content as such mass. It removes the marketing hat for so many of our franchisees now that we are able to help with that through SOCi.

I do not always get alerted when a review is left.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly. It is a very intutive platform for everyone in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of SOCi is that sometimes it will ask a resident to write a review after a negative experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping us post to multiple platforms at once, and makes it a lot easier to manage future posts in one central location.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how you can schedule across multiple platforms and multiple Facebook accounts all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't post stories on social media. It would helpful be able to choose a post or story.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to not have enough time in the day to complete all my tasks even in an entire month. Since using Soci I am able to complete all my tasks, take on more work, and stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tackle multiple tasks for my business in one place. Being able to schedule my social media and answer reviews in one place has saved me so much time. I use the app everyday. The customer support I have recieved has been incredible. They made onboarding so easy for myself and our fellow franchisees. They were so helpful when we had Google Profile problems and and supported us throught the integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish YouTube was included for social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule my social medias ahead of time has been a life saver.
