What do you like best about the product?
i like the ease in which i can reply to a review

i also like the idea of the word cloud i learned about in the training, but i have actually not used it yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the ease of the platform, but there is too much going on for my specific needs as a manager. Maybe i shouldnt be able to see everything that doesnt really apply to me

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create post straight from Canva to social media and also post to multiple branchs at the same time if you want to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the conversations/engagements can be a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our company post on Facebook and keep track of what is posted and who has posted in what branches. It also helps us keep track of how much engagment we have on each facebook.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the function and time saving that SOCi allows me, while still having an active social media marketing campaign. The posts are of great quality!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I do not like as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have time to post and this way I am getting great content posted across multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Soci! Soci not only makes it easy to post directly to my social media, but it gives me editing features so I can ensure that I'm posting great content! It makes events and pictures of our store worth sharing!
What do you dislike about the product?
For my store, we are required to submit a minimum of 5 photos. I'd like to see at least 3 of those photos used in that week. We usually only see one used from our strategist. I would like to see equal effort into the posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is making it easy for me to post directly from my phone. As a store team lead, it can be difficult to stop at a computer and post if I'm on the go. This makes it easy.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Soci is that I can schedule posts for multiple platforms if I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would like is if we were able to post stories on Instagram and facebook so we could get more engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting to multiple platforms at once, without having to copy and paste posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can see mutiple review clearly and see what platforms they come from. Soci gives a clean display and very cleat instruction on how to interact with a reviw.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love how Soci works. I'm happy with the way I can interact in the desktop view and how clean everything looks. I do not have a bad word to say about this new review system

SOCi is solving the problem of recieving review and knowing where they come from and how to accurately interaction with each person does a review for our location

What do you like best about the product?
I can plan all the posts in advance and align it ith the overal marketing strategy for my school. I can also reply to all inquiries and reviews in one place. Amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SOCI scored do not mean much and I am not sure what they really are measuring. Certain metrics ans graphs also do not speak clearly and I would recommend also putting actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to go to 3 platforms. I only go to SOCI. I also can anticipate all the posts for the month ahead. This helps me with my planning and operational excellence.
