Excellent way to streamline all social media posts and analytics.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can do all social meadia posting in one place. It has saved me so much time in my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating/cropping "square" photos in Insagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to be able to post to all media outlets at one time.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy SOCI. It makes it so much easier to access events and new ideas within my company. With SOCI i can see my company as a whole progress and acheiventments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love SOCI. At this moment i do not have any dislikes about the platfrom. I would say that the navigation of the website could be less complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci saves alot of time by being able to suggest marketing ideas and being able to see your company as a whole. It helps ypu stay on task and stay ahead of the marketing season.

What do you like best about the product?
It is really helpful having all reviews, comments, data, and metrics in one place. Soci really is a one stop shop to see how you are viewed and performing in the virtual world.
What do you dislike about the product?
You still have to visit the social media sites to perform certain tasks, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly and easier see how we are performing and our standing in the community by visiting this one site. This means I know more and spend way less time finding the information.

The plethora of data they provide from clicks to views, etc.

It can be overwhelming to sort through all of the data and information when managing multiple locations and accounts.

Easy to use. Excellent tool when you have multi social media platforms! Everything we need all in one package! Keep it up SOCi!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how SOCI provides many tools to watch engagement numbers. I also like how at the end of each week SOCI provides a report of how our socials did that week.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part about SOCI is how it seems like our posts do worse/reach a smaller audience when we use the platform, versus posting organically through Instagram or Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI solves our need to see engagement numbers, where as Instagram and Facebook dont always give a detailed report.
Great for managing Social Media Pages
What do you like best about the product?
Soci helps us to manage our social media posts so we don't have to constantly be updating them, but posts still go out and keep us active on our social media pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't always like the exact content that is used on our social media pages, but it is alway relative, just not always exactly for our area or viewers. You can change the content, so that is a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci helps us to make sure that we have content published, even when we are busy running the business and do not have the time to make posts.

Very robust, but still user-friendly. Also the support team is very attentive and helpful!

I really don't have any dislikes about soci. The only thing i feel is missing is the option to multi-select messages to move to other libraries at once

What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi overall is a great platform and does not have too many downsides. The top things I could improve about SOCi is being able to upload things to YouTube in SOCi and sometimes when there are too many posts being uploaded, it does cause a significant lag for all users.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage reviews for all of our locations in order to interact with our customer base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates to listings do not always go out immediately, names of locations are not correct on a variety of listings.

Posting to all of our 43 locations at once has stremlined marketing and communication processes.
