Good app for managing social media!
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is having libraries of pre-created content that I can pull from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful is the reports page. I find it cumbersome and hard to navigate.

It helps us for marketing
Jack-of-all-trades, master of few - but get the job done at economies of scale.
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool is very intuitive, however limited by the API in some ways. They hop on new opportunities that will help their customers and also are very committed to making sure problems are resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data quality is questionable at best and must always be cross-checked in some fashion. API limitations make some features, such as posting stories, pointless compared to the native options in respective platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to mass-publish content and allow our franchisees to see what we schedule and allow them to make edits so that they are not blind to what is going to be coming through on their social media sites from the corporate level. Along with utilizing the Community Calendar feature which helpsus suggest posts to make localizing social media for 2000+ locations easy!
SOCi saves me time!
What do you like best about the product?
I can plan out my social media postings months in advance. I can easily respond to reviews. All of this, for all my social media sites, in one place. It's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using SOCi. Everything I've used with them has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi brings all of the social media sites together so I can save time. I don't have to deal with each of them (Meta, GMB, LinkedIn, etc.) individually.

SOCi makes it clear that my team and our needs are their top priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like that if I submitted a support ticket during onboarding it was rerouted to our onboarding specialist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi make managing our listings and getting them verified and completed a very easy task.
Easy to use and extremely helpful.

I like most that it can be spread to every social platform with one button click.
What do you dislike about the product?
The statistics of negative/positive reviews are a little hard to read, but customer support is always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's hard for us to communicate with all of our residents/future residents at once- SOCi helps us do that.

The ease to tie my FB and IG accounts for Gtechniq marketing. It simply works!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike as the marketing posts on generated for Gtechniq have been flawless.

I don't advertise on either social media acounts.

That in one click, I can manage all my social media accounts. I don't have to go to several different applications.

Sometimes, when I get logged out of FB it logs out my IG too.

SOCI IS VERY USER FRIENDLY

Its very easy to navigate through. It provides everything I need in a platform to schedule post about our community.

So far, I can't say that I dislike anything about SOCI.

It provides everything I need in a platform to schedule post about our community without haveing to go to each social media platform to post separately. Its convenient!
