SOCI makes the job of posting so much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to pre post in advance and not have to worry of getting the social media out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a dislike, I like the abilities to post in advance and not worry about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not come across any that I do not like.
Run into alot of technical problems.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see corporate posts as well as our own content (we are a franchise).
I like that I can see google reviews and social media posts all in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Unable to ever upload pictures/videos via the app, either to the libraries or to posting. Only works on desktop.
- Unable to see pre-scheduled posts for individual clubs when they are grouped together. For example, we have 13 locations. If i look at the scheduled posts for 1 club i can see everything. But not when looking as a group view.
- Unless the Facebook pages and Instagram pages are linked via Facebook, we cannot schedule posts to both. So for the issues we have with linking them via Facebook, we can't add them on Soci.
- The libraries require a tag to save any images, and you can save post drafts any other way.
- Sometimes issues when uploading videos landscape vs horizontal.

What do you like best about the product?
ITS AWEOSME TO BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE POST AHEAD OF TIME AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AS AWESOME. EASY TO IMPLEMENT. WE USE IT ONCE PER WEEK TO SCHEDULE POST AND IT WAS SO EASY TIO INTEGRATE

It is hard to maintain posting and SOCCI makes it so easy

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi does the heavy lifting when it comes to web marketing. They create engaginging content for our potential clients, giving me more time to focus on clients.

Soci has been great! Creating content that I don't have the time to create.

SOCI creates content that is engaging and encourages interaction, allowing me to allocate time to other client needs.

I like the analytics and the scheduler parts. It is easy to schedule posts.

I wish there was a "planner" or something like that where you can brainstorm what you are wanting to do and maybe it'll notify you same day if you had something "planned" but didn't post it. I want to go through the app to schedule posts but sometimes for my authentioc posts I forget to go in the week of and schedule them out and I'm too nervous to put "place holder" posts as I am worried I'll forget about them. I also wish the editing features were more user friendly. I feel like it's much harder to use filters whereas if I just went through the Instagram app I could easily just click the filters.

It is nice to use to schedule posts so I don't have to worry about them

It's very easy to manage reviews, scheduling and handle reputation management for all social media profiles for businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall pretty complete platform with great support center and friendly navigation. Not much I dislike about SOCi.

Easily managing and keeping up with 100+ locations, multi-location owners, and scheduling social media.

The reporting and metrics aren't as in-depth or intuitive.

Its consistent way of easy and faster readability of listing data with great number of features

The tool doesn't yet have the feature of MoM comparison

Soci is helping us gather all listings information under one tool making it easy for evalution and updates
Good, not Great
What do you like best about the product?
They have been a great partner when trying to do something different, and they embrace the changes they may need to make to be a good partner to other businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are really bad with communication and they have a lot of turnover/change of team members and during this process there is a lot of darkness on their side, lack of communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working hard to really match their customers needs - they have with us at least and they are finding good partnerships within social and online reputation that is helping them be the leader of the pack in the undustry.
