They need a lot of input from our onsite teams which doesn't make it efficient or automated

They provide social media posting for our teams to help achieve consistent, creative content to showcase the resident experience and attract potential new tenants.

That it doesn't seem to offer the carousel option to post multiple pictures in same post

It's quick and easy to use, I like that you can schedule a post on a certain day and time

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Soci offers posting assistance if the onsite team is not able to post. I also like we are able to post for sevarl weeks in advance and are able to see the stats on what posts receieved best view results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the post from Soci for the property were focused not just on the property or other random things, but included information about the area including festivals, events, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I've tried most of the social media platforms out there. In our system we collaborate with a marketing company that adds content and as an admin I love the fact that I can reschedule posts that are not time sensitive easily that they have in the queue for more important posts that are more important.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything major. It will very "very" occassionally have an issue posting to Facebook but it's once maybe every 6 months which compared to some of the other tools I've tried to pretty fab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saver primarily

The SOCi Social Posting Platform Required by My Employer

What do you like best about the product?
If all you need to do is post to a platform, and not manage the platform (for example, page manager responsibilities, such updating FAQs, changing contact information, creating events in Facebook, purchasing paid ads, etc.), then SOCi makes it fairly easy to post to multiple platforms. One thing I do like is that I can create a post and then add multiple additional dates and times to post the same post without having to create another post in a channel. I have used Buffer, TweetDeck, and several other products to cross post, and they seemed to have more features, but I am required to use SOCi by my employer, so I make the best of it, since I have no choice. It is certainly easier than having to log in to each individual platform and post.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are posting an event to Google Business using the SOCi platform, there is a character limit in the title used for the event. SOCi does not warn the user of that, lets them save and schedule the post, then the post fails at the scheduled time because the title exceeeds the character limitation. It warns you about certain media files not being acceptable by various platforms, but not the title limitation by Google Business for event listings. I did open a ticket to complain about it, and they say they are adding it to their improvement wish list, but I don't know how long that will take.
Posts often fail because the channels (Facebook, etc), time out the permisison to use it at set intervals; when the connection to those channels is reset again, manually, then you also have to republished all of those failed posts. I do wish it would put all of them into a queue or ask me if I want them and just publish them now, once the connection is re-established (but it doesn't).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I post for multiple chapters of the client I support, which means I woould have to login to a number of individual channels constantly to post social for the 6 chapters I support. I can use SOCi and select the chapter I am posting for, then choose the social platforms they have connected to SOCi, and post. I only have to log in to SOCi rather than all the chapter's channels.

What do you like best about the product?
We dont have to worry about posting to each individual media site, one and we are done! Its super easy to use and convenient for answering and managing reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really dont have a down side. its been a huge help to our staff since we got it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TIme management. we were spending way too much time trying to keep up with all of our social media sites and reviews. Thats all in one place now, so managing it is a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to navigate. The menus and choices are very intuitive. The interface is clean and doesn't strain the eyes. The load time is fantastic compared to the previous provider we were using.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is more of an inconvenience thing, but it's annoying that I have to click the respond button multiple times every now and then. The most annoying part is that it shifts the popup box slightly so I have to move the cursor instead of just clicking twice. Again, it's an inconvenience thing, but when you have to respond to a wave of interactions, it gets really old really quick. Also, my only true critique is then I try to narrow down engagements, I am unable to select multiple locations to show up. This gets annoying when responding to a dealership group's multiple locations- that would be a good feature to add. Also, the width of the dropdown menus in the engagements tab is too narrow, it would be nice if they were at least adjustable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple users are able to respond to engagement as the business itself using their own accounts, instead all of us having to share 1 set of credentials. It also helps up keep a paper trail of who responded to what so we can keep track of it for training purposes. Also, it centralizes all engagements across all businesses and pages, which helps keep things from falling through the cracks.
