I have found it easy to go into the system and schedule posts a month out at a time.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with Canva, as it makes posting before and after photos of completed work a breeze. I also like being able to select the specific time for the posts to show.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found a downside. I like everything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci saves me time because I can use it to schedule the posts in advance. I don't have to worry about forgetting to post.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SOCi is the organization and ease of responding to several social platforms in one place. Also, being able to report spam comments on my posts!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is not being able to tag people or places in the posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not believe I have a business problem that SOCi is solving but it does save me time overall.

No downside, however there tend to be some technical issues., which is no biggie

It solves everything as we have access to all communication from all sort of platforms such as google, instagram, yelp, etc.

I love that I can seemlessly look through the insights and have a good record of all of my engagements and interact with the company's clientele under one platform.

I think I would love to acquire more insight/reports on my performance level and person engagements aside from reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCi is how easy it is to use. If you are looking for a simple and easy-to-use platform that doesn't incorporate AI, this is the platform to use. The interface is intuitive, making it simple to schedule posts across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business seamlessly. The time it saves me in creating and posting social media content is significant. I haven't had a chance to compare Soci pricing or worked with other such platforms, however, I've found it to be well worth the investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of dislikes, I haven't encountered any significant issues with SOCi. It delivers exactly what it promises – simple, efficient social media scheduling and management. If I were to nitpick, perhaps more customization options for scheduling posts could be a nice addition, along with a feature that pushes business information out to more platforms, especially those utilized by Google for updating accurate information. However, these are minor suggestions in an otherwise excellent and user-friendly platform.
Another area of improvement could be SOCi's incorporation of AI marketing, design, and chatbot tools, which are currently available in the marketplace. While SOCi might be lagging behind in this aspect, it may not be a top choice for those not seeking or ready to invest in such advanced features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi solves several key challenges that I faced before using the platform. Firstly, it saves me a significant amount of time by streamlining the process of creating and scheduling social media posts. Instead of logging into multiple accounts and manually posting content, I can now manage everything from one centralized dashboard. This efficiency not only frees up more time for other tasks but also ensures consistency in my social media presence.
Additionally, SOCi's integration with a few popular social media providers for my target market is a huge advantage. It allows me to reach my target audience across those platforms seamlessly, maximizing the impact of my social media efforts.

Very happy with my experience with SOCi!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to schedule out social media posts for a month at a time. It's very customizable, and I'm able to add multiple styles of posts (videos, static posts, a carousel, etc), which I really like. It's user-friendly, and I also love I can check any and all google reviews as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could upload a proper IG/Facebook Reel post with the trending audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is eliminating the time that I would normally have to spend posting to our social platforms. I can upload and schedule everything I want to post, and not think about it again. Very convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Soci can post to multiple platforms at one time, has a "draft" section, can determine peak times for posting with the most engagement and lets you know when someone comments on posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can not connect my Instagram unless I connect my Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is solving my need to post 3 times a week across multiple platforms. It's benefitting me by freeing up time in my schedule to focus on other things.

I like the ability to save images and also the freedom to design posts outside of the platform.

I haven't foud any downside although I think it would be helpful to have templates for posts - particularly seasonal posts
