One Stop Shop
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post to all social media sites at one time. Not to mention I can schedule my post for certain day and time. This is so helpful especially since our days can get hectic.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it was diffcult to navigate. I did have a very diffcult time linking all of my social media accounts to Soci. Support was great I wish that instead of everything being emailed that a quick call would have been amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have one post for several of my accounts to wonderful. Such a time saver especially in this industry.
Reliable and Functional
What do you like best about the product?
It always worked to post to the social medias, it was reliable and never failed to post to the social medias at the correct time. It is very simple and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish i could create two captions at the same time, have a shorter caption in order to post to Twitter without needing to make the posts separately. I'm also suspicious of the "peak time" feature since it picks the same time every single day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to post to business social medias at the same time. It also allows scheduling posts on instagram which instagram does not have this feature frustratingly. It also allows me to post without having to log into the social media accounts.

SOCi is a an easy way to look at your reviews in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
I think SOCi is very easy to use and navigate. I believe that the team is very helpful and are quick to respond when we have questions or issues. It allows me to see all of my reviews in one place and to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful for me to have a way to see how many reviews we were able to respond to in one week, that total not including reviews that were marked resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to directly respond to customers who have left us positive or negative reviews. It is very convenient to have all of this data in one place and see the overall response from customers.
User friendly and very useful for social media engagement
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi give me a great understanding of our social media engagement and helps me respond to requests and reviews with ease. It takes the guess work out of engagement and puts the power of social media at your fingertips!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found anything. Maybe the the menu rearrangement when you click on a different topic on the left hand side... I usually end up clicking into the wrong sub menu. But that's a small gripe instead of a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's organizes multiple social media platforms and allows to to respond and engage with customers, regardless of where they reached out from. It saves me BOATLOADS of time by making it a one stop shop for social media management
