Awesome Advertising
What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to think about what to post or when to post it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dilute about SOCi, except I have had a few times where it has disconnected from the social media networks and I was unaware for over a month. I wish they would have notified me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides content without me having to create it. It is simple and I don't have to worry about doing it myself.
Increased Social Media Presence
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has increased my social media presence and allowed for my followers to be engaged even when I am not able to be present. The offerings are affordable, timely, and effective to keep my clients engaged with my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few instances where the postings are not able to be uploaded. I think a more open dialogue and communication stream would benefit both sides of the equation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is allowing me to grow into a better manage of my social media presence across multiple platforms. I will not discontinue the partnership as I become more adept, it will be an even greater benefit to my agency to expand this teaming.
Connecting with Community
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to connect with the community and address events, issues, concerns much quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to get everyone on board to be part of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It advertises the community. Shines a positive light on it for the most part.

What do you like best about the product?
Good for scheduling posts to appear on multiple SM platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Often I get notifications of a posting error, but when I click the link to take me to get more info about it or to fix it, with rare exceptions the link usually just goes to the home page and I can never find the error or the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transworld corporate generates content that posts automatically.
SOCi is a great, user friendly product that is easy to navigate and explain.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of the product and how everything is in one spot. As someone who trains new team members on SOCi for our communities, it's easy to teach and very easy for new associates to use daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the posts can be repetative. Keeping content fresh and not using the same photos/captions would be something I reccommed SOCi change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping us by allowing a one-stop shop for posting content on social media and responding to reviews. The new AI tool for responses have been super helpful for our teams.

Easy scheduling, UI just makes sense, can post to all platforms at once

Nothing! This platform met all of our needs.

Having so many logins to all of our accounts that now lives in one convenient place!
Very organized
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule content for multiple platforms at once! Also love that you can upload preset photos and tags and things like that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I know a lot of other social medias have scheduled content built in directly and sometimes I have found myself scheduling right on Instagram directly instead of on SOCi.

Having everything and all accounts linked together is really helpful
All Social Media in One Site
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi posts to all social media at one click and makes updating marketing an ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything negative thus far.

Very easy, painless process to refinance student loans
What do you like best about the product?
The process is step by step, it is logical, easy to follow and offers everything I need. It never bugs, it's always flawless. Instead of having to open dozens of pages, everything is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't too much I can point out that I disliked about SOCI. It took a few days to really understand how to use it, but I think that is normal. It's sometimes a bit slow to load everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to combine many accounts into one convenient page. Instead of having to open multiple tabs, everything is collected and sorted in a very convenient fashion.
SOCi saved our franchisees alot of time!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how as being on the corporate team of a franchisee system, i can manage easily all the locations and their reviews and updates all in one place! It is very easy to use and the dashboard is very easy to navigate and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently have not run into any downsides of using SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helped clean up all of our franchisee locations by refreshing the GMB pages with the correct information and contact information. It also allows me to stay on top of the performance of each location and their customer service.
