SOCI is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Soci gives me great insights and notifications to allow me to better respond to any reviews. I love how easy the platform is to navigate and the ability to interact with each of the different sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good no downside to using Soci for me.

I love how easy the platform is to navigate and the ability to interact with each of the different sites.
Convenient and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
So I makes it easy to schedule posts for social media for an entire year. Whenever you get a good idea or post you can put it down right away and it will go out on schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a separate login which in a little inconvenient. The dashboard offers some insight but not an overwhelming amount. For simple pages it's more or less just a way to schedule posts all in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it so my page gets regular posts without having to manually do them regularly. It makes the page active and appear like we are very active on our social media.

The ability to monitor reviews and social engagements on one platform.

The support has not been helpful and it's expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates one space to monitor our clients and we can also publish bulk content to multiple channels.
Makes Managing Mutliple Social Media Accounts East
What do you like best about the product?
It puts multiple social media platforms all in one interface allowing you schedule post and monitor analytics. Great we you have multipe accounts to handle
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesnt yet post data to apple maps! It will monitor and help you update your Google Business Profile, but not an apple maps one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It puts everything in one place. You dont have to login to 12 places to get, monitor, or change information.

We love using this service to find where we excel and where we need to make some adjustments for our store which is helpful in keeping our business running smoothly and our customers happy!! Thank you!

Nothing! It has been so easy to access and use, the information assists us in our everyday lives as we strive to be the best in everything we do! Our customers get a chance to voice their praise or concerns so we love it!!

Assisting us in keeping our customers the ability to give us praise for what we have done or allowing them to voice their dismay should something not go their way and we want to correct.
Time-saving, high-quality service
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, and the high-quality content. The posts are reliable, and the content is relevant. The graphics are eye-catching and well-done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside or area for improvement is that I would like the ability to add personalized hashtags, specific to my geographic area, ahead of time(to apply to all posts.)

Lack of time to creat my own content. Soci creates it, formats it, and posts it. This helps me maintain a professional image.

Set it & Forget it!
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly interfaces for non-techies. Ease in scheduling (and making changes) is my favorite feature, followed by data collection. I have not even considered a competitor!

I like everything about this product! It has reduced my non-coaching time drastically

First Time Using SoCi
What do you like best about the product?
I have been in the industry going on six years now. This is the first year I experienced this fantastic website. It makes it much easier to post to multiple accounts and schedule when to publish. There have been so many features that I am learning and loving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found an issue with Soci for me to comment negatively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me schedule future posts. Since it gets hectic in the office, it may slip my mind to post, and I realize I can prepare some for this reason. It saves me time.
