Soci as a social media tool

What do you like best about the product?
The importance of soci advertising lies in targeting. The Soci ads offer precise targeting that enables us to reach people more effectively. We can create one advertising post and upload it to several of our social media apps all at once using a scheduling system.
What do you dislike about the product?
That when someone comments on the post there is no easy way to get the notification. I still have to log into the platform and search for clients interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to post to social media by schedualing posts apart from each other, so they don't post all at once and we can even schedual further out for days when the post is more adequate.

It would be great if they can provide some default ideas content by industry.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really nice to have a one stop shop to check on and post to all of our social platforms. I love the feature for Review inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found there are significantly less features available when creating ads through Soci as versus the individual sites. It's limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient way to oversee multiple accounts

What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful to ensure that all social media is taken care of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Admin approval, although I do know that is not your fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a multitasking/ time management issue which we had before we were able to use one platform for all posts.

I like that i can schedule multiple post it make keeping up with social media a breeze.

The onlty thing that I can think of is it does not let me post very many photos.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that SOCi is a one-stop shop for all reputation management!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that SOCi could accommodate videos and the official Apple emojis!

SOCi assists in SAVING TIME! Most management companies that I have worked for have strict response time requirements when it comes to responding to reviews. SOCi is a one-stop shop that saves us the time it would take to log into the different platforms and respond individually!

What do you like best about the product?
I run a small business and the most helpful feature about SOCI is I can manage all of my social media posts and feedback from a single site. This feature makes it much easier for me and less time consuming to manage my digital interactions with partners and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Photo sizing would be the area for opportunity for SOCI. The system will inform me the size of a photo is to big for Instagram, but it does not provide dimensions or guidelines that allow me to shrink the photo on the screen. As a result, I often post the photo on Facebook and then repost a smaller version on Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending less time managing postings and feedback across multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it brings multiple platforms together into one streamlined system that allows you to do many things all in one. Before SOCi we had to use multiple sites to accomplish what SOCi does all by itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that was difficult at first was learning the site and all of its capabilities, I felt a bit overwhelmed looking at everything it was able to do but now that I am familiar with it I love how easy it is to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to monitor overall resident engagement as well as social media platforms and how they are perfoming.
