Waxing the City- East Nashville
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling Posts and being able to keep things very organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot schedule posts for stories on instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not forgetting to post when I get busy during the week.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how we can plan ahead and make all of the marketing and ads beforehand because during busy season it can be hard to come and physically make a post on the day of. Thank you SOCi!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only hinderance is the approval process. We have to be fast pace a lot of the times and sometimes things do not get approved and we miss the posting lol. Other than that it is great lol.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us a lot time scheduling these posts ahead of time as I mentioned before that we are in busy season so it can be hard to make posts the day of. That is the main benefit. And to see whats on schedule to be posted.

What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing the different platforms and seeing the different percentages of usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be way too busy and possibly confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the pressure of employees needing to input the info out and is doing it for us with a good system.
User Friendly Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post to all platforms at one time. This is especially helpful during a lease up with no team when I am running Social platforms and everything else as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have a dislike with SOCI. I find the platform easy to use and my marketing team is able to help me out with any questions I may have! So all is good for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time savor!

What do you like best about the product?
I manage several business pages, both volunteer and business work. SOCi makes it easy to post on these platforms and yet at the same time customize to each platform if needed. Effecient and effective!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't preview the layouts, for example, in FB, I can't really see what the images are to look like once they're published. I also don't like that I can't edit the images from the app. Sometimes a quick crop would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCis notifications are a time saver. They keep me from spending countless time on each platform. It is easy to have everything centralized in one spot. I also like that I can schedule so I spend a dedicated time to this and then am set for the week or month.

Customer service visibility
SOCi has been a very valuable tool to track the reviews and feelings about my store.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and layout. It is easy to navigate the site and find what I am looking for. And also if there are any issues it is quickly resoved

I wish some of the auto responses were better, and also that we need to be able to get access easier for new managers.

SOCi has helped us pinpoint issues within our store that customers are having with reps, service or location.
It's like buying time to add to our day.

I take forever to come up with, put together and then post information on our multiple platforms. It's supposed to be done daily - if it were on me, it would rarely happen. With SOCi, it's all taken care of (and makes me look like a social media whiz).

I have had no issues during the time we have used SOCi. I have nothing to add here.

Soci is a one stop shop!
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how many platfroms and accounts Soci lets me schedule for. This has made my social media management so much easier. Unlike its competitor, it is very user friendly and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful aspect of SOCi is it's inability to post REELS. I have to post manually for those and it would be better if there was a better system for publishing reels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is making my social media management role a lot more efficient. I can post so many things at once and not have to worry about if it posted properly or not.
