What do you like best about the product?
I utilize SOCi to review customer reviews for AT&T.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes about using SOCi.....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can review the reviews customers leave for my retail location.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so simple to use! I love that I only have to create and post one thing and it's then on all my platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! LOVE everything about it! Don't change!

I spend far less time worrying about our social media accounts now that we use SOCi,

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great platform to see honest reviews and we as retailers can use the data to improve our business in being better than it already is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, so far so good. The platform is easy to use and easy to understand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our smaller location get more business by getting reviews attached to google

I apprecaite the upates as well as how the team can all reach out to each other throughout the entire company. MDP was a great add to the SOCi site. Over all quick way to educate myself on whats happening within MDP

alot of email alerts- But then i just pass them up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI has allowed me to stay connected with the MDP graduates and peers across the company while I am in a very remote area that doesnt allow me to connect personally with people the way that many others can in a bigger state.

Scheduling social media posts in advance and reviewing results of posts to analyze effectiveness.

Switching between accounts for multiple gym locations

The ability to schedule and alalyze social media posts; posting across multiple platforms (Facebook and Instagram)

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that everything is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how often I have to clear my cache and cookies to have the site function properly. I also wish there was an option to mass ban as there is quite a bit of spam that comes in on all channels.

It is helping ensure that no ones requests are being missed and our applicants are being assisted properly.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that soci schedules my social media posts and auto generates responses to reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent found anything that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowing me t schedule social media posts in advance so that I do not have to post daily.
User Friendly and Gives out Teams The Access They Like
What do you like best about the product?
Its user friendly, there's so many cool features and easy to grasp/train on
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's an API disconnect, and I'm not sure what's causing it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That our teams can have access to their social pages without us worrying about the accounts being mishandled (like changes in passwords, etc)
Really convenient, simple to use.

I like that I can schedule posts and not worry about it. I enjoy that I can customize everything and work within canva from the Soci app.

I do not dislike anything with Soci, it is a great program.

Soci helps us engage in our community and find new residents.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is extremely helpful for scheduling out posts to multiple franchise locations. It's much easier than attempting to use META business suite and keeps everything organized in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that stands out to me that could be improved or changed. I've used SOCi both as a user and administrator and have had no issues either times. It's a great product!

As a company with 100+ franchise locations, SOCi is simplifying the process of managing various platforms and has made scheduling posts across multiple accounts a breeze.
