We Love SOCI!!
What do you like best about the product?
We love that we are able to schedule future posts, and the ease of posting to mutiple platforms!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! We love Soci! We are able to post to multple platform and schedule them in advance!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci allows us to post on multiple platforms so time management is a thing of the past!!!
Better than ever!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of soci is that I don't have to worry about answering complaints and worrying about what to say if someone is complaining.

I love everything, I think this is a great service to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are answering back to people who complain a lot. and to allow our residents to vent out.
Key Component to Our Success
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi allows us to streamline our workload and have a source of truth. The brand consistency is a key component for our success. We also value having a team of support behind us when any issues arrise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have to doublecheck updates have pushed through to other channels and submit requests multiple times for resolution.

SOCI is convenient and easy to use and the customer support team was responsive.

Had a few issues with the reviews posting a couple of times, but it was handled quickly.

I am able to respond to multiple reviews in a timely manner.
SoCi has given me the ability to schedule posts in advance without having to stress so much!

SoCi was tricky at first but now I've got the hang of it!

SoCi is solving the lack of time that I have to spend posting content! Now, SoCi does it for me!
Professional and results producing company
What do you like best about the product?
They have changed our prospective entirely on social media marketing, they have done a fantastic job for us in yeilding results and have been able to adapt to any changes we have requests. We missed signing up with them this year until later however once I realized that they quickly got us going again and have been proactive in next years services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have found is trying to navigate our campaigns in line with theirs.

Lead generation - They have done exactly that , gotten out company plenty of leads
Easy to Set up
What do you like best about the product?
Having our multiple social media scheduling on one screen/platform makes managing it easier

Set it and forget it and then I do forget to go back and review it all!

Social Scheduling Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
We have over 70 brands under our umbrella, and loading them all into SoCi has made social media content scheduling way easier. It connects to many different types of profiles, including Google reviews, making managing and analyzing reputation scores easier. SOCi provides different styles of reports which is helpful for giving an overview to more visual learners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are some reporting aspects that could be improved, including the availability to pull stats from our social media channels prior to onboarding with SoCi, which should be an important next update. Had to go back to all individual channels to pull stats for year-over-year reporting. Would be nice to have a "public" view of our content calendar that could be shared with other team members so they can see what the marketing team has scheduled.

Helping us schedule social media posts for dozens of brands and monitoring reviews.
Good product so far

I like that all social media is able to be uploaded in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the color scheme. It's too dark.

I don't have a downside to using Soci. It has lost a connection to social media platform before. I guess that would be it.
