What do you like best about the product?
It notifies me when someone leaves the review so I can quickly respond. I also love that you can schedule for your social media post rather than having to get on every day
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout is a bit confusing. I'm not entirely sure how to navigate around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes a guest work out of having to constantly go onto check for new reviews or engagements. It lets you know immediately. It's one less thing in my list of hundred things I need to do

What do you like best about the product?
We can use one application to reach several different platforms. It's easy, fast, and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to get used to the navigation. I'm not the most "app" saavy person in our office!

What do you like best about the product?
With the dealership utilizing a local marketing consultant, it is simple for us to provide media to the team and measure the results of our efforts using SOCi. The 'Libraries' section is a gem, keeping us organized in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every channel has to be set up individually. In this dealership's case, the BDC department was abandoned and the metrics showing are incorrect. We are actively working with our Rep to fix this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive the insights of our engagements with customers, allowing us to continuously improve our conversations online.

Calendar is easy to view and gives thumbnails of your posts
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an comment auto-follow up option for each account, and the emoji options are incredibly limited

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I just set it up and everything is done for me. I have beautiful social media posts and I don't really have to do a thing. If I want to make changes, I can. I also love the ease of checking the dashboard for my stats is wonderful. It was easy to integrate across all my social mdia platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
These is nothing that I dislike about this platform/product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is building my social media presence and helping to boost my google page. When clients do a local search, they find me at the top and love all my positive reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule a full months worth of posts without the hassel of remembering to send it out day of. Easy to respond to reviews all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Links don't always post the way they should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the number of missed posting dates, allows me to get it scheduled ahead of time with ease.

I dislike the turn around time of new account builds.

the opportunity to plan ahead and be organized

it is not as user friendly as In hoped. Can only navigate after a webinar is held by smoothie king or else Im lost in my portal

What do you like best about the product?
This system is incredibly user friendly and very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times where the page loads, but has some sort of weird animation bounce to it that can be mildly distracting. Nothing major just a matter of preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi offers us a centralized place to be able to post content to multiple platforms and track the analytics in an easy and visually appealing way.
