Simple Account Management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts works great with my "set it and forget it" mentality for any generic posts we wanted to list. However, the ease to go in an add specialty posts across all our connected social media is a breeze and stopped me from having to log in to multiple social media sites for repetitive content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being invited by a franchisor account to use Soci, some permissions weren't available for me at the franchisee level, including inviting my employees to use and manage our social media accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single post cross-post to all my social media platforms, with scheduling, makes it much easier on me to focus more on my business without dedicating additional hours to each social media site each month.
Soci was a great all inclusive platform

I enjoyed the easy integration, preset features and access to stats

As a user without master access I had to ask for permission but that may just come with the territory

Social media scheduling, ads, local listings management (google maps, apple maps, etc)

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it super easy to manage multiple locations and schedule content all in one place. The centralized dashboard and collaborative features save a lot of time and help keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a bit slow at times, especially when loading analytics or switching between accounts. Reporting customization could also be more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps streamline the management of multiple social media accounts across different locations, which used to be a time-consuming process. By centralizing scheduling, publishing, and reporting, it saves a lot of manual work and ensures brand consistency. The platform also makes collaboration between teams easier, helping us stay organized and maintain a clear posting strategy. Overall, it’s improved efficiency and made it easier to manage content at scale.

Occasional Bugs in the platform prevents us from completing certain projects.

Paid Social Media Management within the platform allows the most flexibility across teams.
SOCi Makes Marketing Manageable!
What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi for my marketing role, and it makes everything so much more manageable! Not only can I schedule out as much content as I want, I can easily edit, delete, adjust, and reschedule content with just a drag or click of my mouse. I love using the calendar feature to see what days I need to fill in more and the home landing page is perfect for getting an idea of how much content I have scheduled out for the month already, seeing what engagements I need to respond to, and getting a glimpse of new reviews! I love that I can respond to engagements quickly and I love the suggested responses. It makes everything so much easier and quicker. It's social media management without the hassle! I use SOCi every day and I never want to use anything else. If you're looking to easily manage your online presence and make your job easier, SOCi is the tool for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it can't manage my personal life too! Lol
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content scheduling and management, social media analytics tracking, content organization, review response and social media engagement response, and more! SOCi makes all of this much easier and more manageable while saving me so much time.

What I like best about SOCi is how it simplifies the entire social media management process by bringing everything into one platform. I can easily schedule and publish content across multiple accounts, monitor engagement in real time, and access detailed reporting that helps me understand what’s working. It saves me time, keeps my team organized, and makes managing multiple locations and campaigns much more efficient.

It helps me manage multiple platforms for my business more efficiently, which saves me a lot of time.
Reviews in one spot
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to view all my reviews from Facebook and Google on a single page. It’s extremely convenient to log into SOCI, quickly see my reviews, and respond within seconds. This saves me from having to constantly check each social platform and search for customer feedback individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have nothing negative to mention. The AI assistant is especially helpful, as it even provides a suggested statement to help me reply to reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to spend time searching for my social media reviews, as they are all conveniently displayed on SOCI. The AI assistant also helps me create responses that are tailored to the specific feedback from each reviewer.
Functional Platform
What do you like best about the product?
This platform is very user-friendly. I appreciate that it keeps all my social sites in one place, making it simple to post to every site with just a single, seamless click. All I have to do is create my post, schedule it, and submit. I rely on it every week to help maintain my presence across all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't find anything to dislike about the platform. It is used across my entire company brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this to ensure that all families in our community stay informed about what is happening at our school.
