What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to keep a constant SM present without becoming consumed

Posts look canned. My kids say it makes my profile look like a bot

What do you like best about the product?
Lets me schedule several social media posts at once for many days ahead
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I was able to do TikTok, YouTube and Rumble as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting on different social media outlets at once and saving time. Can't wait to get TikTok working. Need You Tube and Rumble next

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post on multiple platforms at the same time and I like the analytics of the posts. The analytics have helped up modify our posts so that our residents engage with our social media more often.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cannot post more than one photo per post and that there is not a way to post videos. I also wish there was a way to interact with other social media posts from out account (be able to like a post from another page etc.) I wish that Soci would expand the types of files that it can use to post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is helping us manage our social media pages and analyze the posts and our viewers so that we can target a larger audience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily schedule posts to multiple accounts at the same time and schedule far out into the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will see photos from an icloud shared albumn, but not videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will allow me to schedule posts in advance and for my parent company to push posts down to me. It saves time.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, good articles, variety of content & best of all-I don't have to think (too much) about it! Easy to make a posting cadence

Other agents are posting the same content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's freeing up my time with social psoting. I take a few hours at the start of each month & schedule my posts for the month.

What do you like best about the product?
This has been the second management company where we have used team has used SoCi portfolio-wide. For starters, I was a part of the onboard for both companies, and the ease of implementation and customer support throughout the entire process was seamless. The Soci team is by your side every step of the way. The platform makes is easy peasy to integrate all your social channels. There are an infinite amount of features that the platform offers (review responder, discovery posting, metrics, and more). The best part is it is easy for my teams to use and measure success. I have enjoyed being able to use the platform from a corporate level and the onsite teams seem to really appreciate and use it frequently once they have proper training (which Soci does for you)!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have nothing negative to say. I have been satisfied with my Soci experence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has changed the game for us when it comes to online reputation management. Our onsite teams frequently left reviews unresponded to. The platform gives my team the opportunity to see outstanding reviews and work with the teams to respond in a timely manner. It has been tremendously helpful in building our ORA score.

What do you like best about the product?
It is super convenient being able to have all your social media platforms in one place. It makes not only marketing a breeze but also makes resident engagement so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really about SOCi to dislike at least for the reasons used by our property.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to engage with current and future neighbors efficiently.
