Soci Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to send several posts to Soci and have those scheduled to post in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd prefer there to be an option to pay Soci to create content altogether. The on site teams need to be allieviated of several tasks to focus on operations and sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is allowing our team to pre-select marketing posts on social media platforms for days in advance so that this task is completed.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I get notified via the app when I get a review. It allowed me more immediate responses to my guests.
I especially like seeing the demographic information provided.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it will not have my credentials for automatic login, or use biometrics as an option instead of typing my credentials each time on the app.
Also, a little less clutter on the interface would be appreciated.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting to our customers. It slows is more immediate response to their comments and feedback. It allow shows us to post local offers per location.
Soci has made my job so much easier!

Like everything so far about Soci, have not found anything I haven't liked

I like that I can post to all social media platforms at once and it is easy to use.

It is easy to use once you get used to it. When starting out it can be difficult though.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the APP is super easy to use and lets me check my and reply to my store reviews realtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I really dis like yet. Its simple and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving me having the ability to quickly reply and connect ot my customers in a timely manner without the hassle of jumping through 100 hoops.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduled post feature is so convenient and great for saving time. I like the ability to reply to comments after the fact. The insights are also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've encountered is that sometimes posts need to be altered to properly fit on different platforms. There are also occasionally post/message delays but the are few and far between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main feature I love is the ability to aggregate posts/messages/reviews for multiple businesses/clients at once. The schedule posts feature is also extremely useful.
Great for managing multiple listings, especially in a franchise business with many locations.

The ability to make updates across multiple directories all at once in a centralized location.

Sometimes the user interface can be a little confusing.

SOCI allows us to stay on top of our digital reputation and make sure we are answering customers in a timely manner.
Best Site to post all my posting at once!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about SOCi is that you can use all platforms on one site! It so easy and convenient to post all at once and to schedule all your posts when needed. Also I love the library section on site
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say we have a downside of the site. I would like if the review portion of the site was more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps me cut time by posting all my postings on all of our social media all at once.
Daily reminders
What do you like best about the product?
I love the daily reminders for reviews that come in so I can just click on the email and jump to the reviews
What do you dislike about the product?
Some the the auto responses don't make sense but I think that's for a business level

It's helping me respond to reviews faster and seeing how we can improve as a company
