Great content delivered daily!
What do you like best about the product?
Content for three articles with my branding is delivered to my email daily to post on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. The links are easy to use and I post daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to manually post each article to the three social media sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI addresses consistency and visibility on social media to benefit my real estate business. Having content delivered to my email for posting solves the task of finding relevant content from various sources.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been such an easy company to work with and their integration into our marketing team has been seamless. I have had two account managers and both has gone above and beyond to get back to me quickly with an always ready to help attitude. They have made my job so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i would change about SOCi is the dashboard/interface. I think it could be a little more user-friendly and streamlined. There is so much great data but it is a little hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI is helping me write and respond to reviews faster than I ever could on my own and coming up with content for our social media that would take me days to complete.
Easy to set up and easy to use. Great way to automate some content for social media.

It's set it and forget it for brand style posts

Nothing so far. It's working just fine.

I don't have to remember to do a brand post a couple of days per week.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to use is for our clients with multilocations!!! We can post and share social gaphics with their locations pretty fast. I love this tool because it allows the franchisees to access all their social platforms in one place. Their customer support team is super fast to get back to us when we submit a ticket. The implementation was pretty straight forward and the customer success manager was pretty helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports could be improved. There is no way to customize them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is in one place for the 51+ locations for our client. We are able to schedule social media, launch campaigns, and respond to comments all in one place.
Good service, even better team
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is great, our CSM is responsive and knowledgable, the team made the implimentation so easy and the platform itself is very user friendly but can still accomplish pretty much everything i need from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of SOCi compared to our previous vender is the lack of a native review source for our stores to take advantage of.

The easiest way to manage multiple listings. Easy organization from store - district - area - and company wide level. Easy social media management tool. Good analytics tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is a fantastic platform that ive used every day for the last two years. It's user-friendly, offers comprehensive scheduling, provides insightful analytics, and has excellent customer support. I love how you can directly respond to our audiences' reviews or comments and how easy it is to schedule and modify future social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar can sometimes feel a bit cluttered, especially when managing multiple social media accounts.

Soci solves the problem of manually uploading social media posts to multiple platforms. It optimizes customer engagement by creating templates for comment/review responses.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which the platform can be utilized to help manage the reputation of your service. It is integreated with a number of social media platforms and allows for easy responses to good and bad reviews.

I have had issues with the billing department in providing bills on time.

It allows us to track and repsond to reviews of our apartment complexes quickly and professionally.
