SOCi Has Done Wonders To Connect Our Clients to Their Audiences
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to place locations into multiple groups has been really helpful in working with our complex client specifications. Reporting is also BEAUTIFUL and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way we could place groups into a new group as opposed to doing it by location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has made scheduling, publishing, approving, and reporting on content easier than ever before.
Provides a platform to take the work and stress out of organizing and publishing content.
What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to use once you get the hang of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be overwhelming for both the publisher and the recipient who may find the content too abundant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Show potential clients the value of working with us. Thanks to Soci, we have seen a slight increase in new clients.

I love being able to easily schedule posts ahead of time across all platforms.

The UI could be a little more friendly -- it's a little cluttered.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that they communicate and have bi-weekly calls to walk thru our initiatives. The platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Our coail media manager uses the platform daily to push social posts and respond to reviews. It's a one stop platform that helps us manage many acpects of our franchisees websites, google business pages and reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very robust and there is a lot to learn. Feel like I am only scratching the surface of it's capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to do batch updates and respond to reviews and other social media comments in one dashboard. We recently added on genius search and genius reviews so this will help immensely with respondinf to reviews and help local seo and serp.

SOCI simplified our stores response time to be able to respond to our customers

At first it seemed very buggy but down the line it fixed itself

Great service, great product and it has incrased our Franchisee participation exponentially.

AI Reviews allow our Franchisee's to quickly respond.

Comment engagement is not as easy as it is natively on social platforms.

SOCi allows us to distribute content to all of our Franchise locations and allows Franchisee's to engage and review. This along with review management has been great.

SOCi helps us make sure we can see in real time how our customers view our work and products. It allows honest feedback and timely feedback so we can help our customers as quickly as possible
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been okay so far. Sometimes the computer doesn't always allow me to log in and I have to wait to gain access even though I can see the review directly from my email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi keeps customer complaints to a minimum because we're able to fix the issue as soon as they bring it to our attention making us the most requested store in the area.

It's easily navigable in terms of looking at all the customer reviews. We get to see reviews in other stores and learn from their mistakes or best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to login to and sometime the system won't recognize my login and password.

Seeing the bad experiences from other customers and informing my team so they don't make the same mistakes.
