What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can post on all social platforms with one post!
And communicate to all guest through 1 site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like to see on SOCi Is being able to post on our story for Instagram and facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to log into 1 place for all social media needs, Saves a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I also love that the replies to positive engagement are all unique, they do very well with this!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there was a "Report" function built in, as sometimes we need to navigate to the actual platform to report a review that is abusive or otherwise violates a platform's terms. But this may be something that the platforms don't allow access to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform is helping us by continually bringing our customer impressions to the forefront, solving the problem of how easy it is to let this slip through the cracks when you get busy!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how effortless it is to plan our months post. It makes the tast feel way less daunting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could tag business in posts and create social media events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just takes the daunting task out of it for us. Having the user friendly featuers of Soci makes scheduling the marketing plan for our community a breeze and ensures you do not forget to make those weekly posts.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great for managing all my platforms in one place, I no longer have to sign into and check multiple portals each day or week. I simply use soci to tie it all together. It's also phenomenal for scheduling content for a month at a time

The process to sync iG account ts can be tricky

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the analytics. If I post directly to my social media pages it will still capture the analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Libraries are a little hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media can be time consuming and the ability to post so far ahead is a game changers.

What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place is a real time saver. Being able to post to multiple platforms without navigating to each site is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes practice to get comfortable with the interface but once you do a few post it works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving when posting to multiple platforms.
