What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the user friendly interface of the patform its quick and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Soci platform has the same last name as an ex boss i dont like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its been the smoothest inteface out of my carreer review management for online surveys

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes responding to reviews super easy, in addition to comparing our review stats to other local competitors. It also allows pictures to be attached to reviews, so you can always see them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I am unable to respond to reviews directly in SOCi, which is what I'd prefer to do, but it forces you to log in directly to your other platforms sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to more easily connect with our guests that come visit. It also allows for an easy, one single inbox for every review that comes in, so they can all be reviewed at once.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again—this is hands down the best app I’ve used for managing social media across multiple platforms for our business. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and has made scheduling and posting so much more efficient. Highly recommend it to any business looking to simplify their social media strategy!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not run into any issues with SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the challenge of managing and maintaining a consistent, active presence across multiple social media platforms. Before using SOCi, it was time-consuming and overwhelming to post content individually to each account. With SOCi, I can schedule posts in advance, tailor them for different platforms, and keep everything organized in one place. This has saved me time, improved our social engagement, and helped create a more professional and cohesive brand image across all channels.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is great for cross-posting accress social media and scheduling posts. It works even better if you have a Canva account, and can import images/flyers from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if it is a social media issue or SOCI issue, but accounts linked (Facbook, Twitter, etc.) frequently become unlinked, and must be relinked. This happens at least once a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-posting on all social media was an issue, because we had to login in to each individual platform to post the same information. With SOCI, you can create one post, and select which platforms to post on. SOCI also notifies you when you receive a new review on your platforms, and you can respond to the review straight from SOCI, without having to login to that specific platform.

the best thing about soci is their amazing support team. They've guided us through choosing what best works for our companys need, the set up and completed proper tutorials to implement their platform

What do you like best about the product?
With SOCi, I can get the job done and see the results and I like that the options to use different platforms of social media are all bundled into one program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't quite figured out how to acces everything from devices and sometimes need to go back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi shows us concisely what is working and what isn't. We can see which social media platforms work best in which areas.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily schedule posts in advance and it is easy to do that. The overall interface is very easy to work with and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it can flag you on Facebook if you have numerous accounts that you are posting too. It can also time out posts and then the posts will skip so you have to keep checking to make sure that all the posts are fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping solve the complexities of posting to multiple accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a surprisingly thorough, yet easy to navigate option for those of us to need to get the word out on social media about not only our products, but to let them know there is a new neighbor in town to provide you with what you need!
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it is easy to navigate, it can be a little overwhelming at first. It is also unclear as to how we can filter through spam comments (if that's even possible). Otherwise, it is a very fine system!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is getting the word out to new neighbors! We were previously Loyal Companion, and this has been quite excellent at reminding new and old shoppers alike that we are still here, and still providing excellent service whenever need be.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I'm able to schedule out posts in advance as I have time available to commit to that task.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to add more media to the posts, but I realize some platforms are limited in the number of photos allowed, for example. I know LinkedIn allows 9 photos but SOCi allows only 1 photo for a LinkedIn post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to block out time for social media posts to keep in front of my audience regularly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automated responses, they help move through customer reviews in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer responses go to an email instead of the SOCi site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All comunication is saved and makes it easy for follow up.
