Great way to reach families
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule post ahead of time.

SOCi has been a great help for reputation management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the way SOCi organizes the flow so I can use different scopes to review the information I need
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit of a learning curve to understand, maybe a step by step or "how to" for FAQ's would help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a work space to head all of our reputation management work and that helps greatly reduce the amount of time it takes to complete this job.
Great Tool for Updating Business Info
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Listings feature of SOCI! I can update my business information on hundreds of listings website in a matter of seconds - hours, pricing, descriptions, photos, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still getting used to the Social feature of SOCI. I would like to see a feature that allows duplication of a post to start a new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to update our business information across multiple sites is such a time saver!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Soci Allows for ease of custimization for whatever I am trying to do for my property. It's fun and pretty simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it needs to be updated much more often. I want new templates! More templates!

Soci makes it easy to create content for social media, I love it so much!

Being able to post to multiple locations in one click. It covers all of our social media and allows us to work with our Corporate seamlessly.

We have not found any downsides to using SOCI.

Saving time from having to go to each site individually. Great analytics and ability to respond to Google reviews quickly.
Streamlined posting
What do you like best about the product?
I like the little social media icons and the suggested posts / content that they provide to users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I wish there more options of content to choose from.

Allowing me to plan more social media posts in the future. Gives me content to post.
Soci is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
The AI generated google responses are clutch! They take away the anxiety and worry of saying the wrong thing. It's super easy to use - a simple insert and it's done! We use it on a daily basis to monitor our reviews and posting to our social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is clunky but the functionality is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel comfortable letting any of my staff respond to Google reviews using the AI responses. We also find the Social Media calendars a tremendous resource in providing creative and current info.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has a very user-friendly layout as far as the content calendar and home page dashboard are concerned. The drag and drop features are really useful and it's easy to take a broad look at your upcoming content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the connection to Canva only allows you to create and not to seamlessly upload a piece that you've already created. Also, the number of tabs can get overwhelming. I use SOCi, but I'm pretty sure I'm still missing out on some features because there's so much hidden in the tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having analytics all laid out at a glance is very helpful for me relaying our social growth to my higher-ups. The automatic posting features also make my job easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is easy to use, and allows me to pre-schedule a good amount of my business's social media content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like the ability to schedule stories.

Soci helps me free up a lot of time and eliminate daily redundant tasks by allowing me to automate a good amount of my content.
