The most helpful aspect of SOCi is the simplicity and the reliability! I appreciate how easy the service is to use, it makes my life as a manager of a retail store so much easier! Love it

There is nothing that I dislike about SOCi

Any customer issues that occur, SOCi allows me to be aware and reply in a timely manner.

I am most happy with how the platform has anything you can think of and keeps advancing. Their efforts to help each business use their platform does not go unseen

Not really much, maybe just pricing is alot.

We take on a lot of companies and having a resource to help us is so beneficial

SOCI is super user friendly. It is so helpful being able to schedule our social media calendar and respond to all of our reviews in one place.

I don't have any complaints at all about SOCI.

It simplifies our social media tasks and allows us to manage our reviews all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that SOCi creates content for me and that the content is valuable and engaging. It is nice not having to stress about what to post every day on social media
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. I currently have no complaints regarding SOCi at all. I am not sure what else to write to meet the minimum character limit. SOCi is great, Keep up the good work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is taking the stress out of content creating and therefore saving me a lot of time. I thoroughly enjoy not having to think about it and have my followers engaged.

I like how this is an easy platform to navigate when promoting content.

Not much! It's very user friendly which is why I prefer it.

Hoping for more AI abilities, but overall is great!

Not having to use diff social media app to get what I needed
It's easy to use and navigate through.

Being able to easily post on social media. The reviews are also easier to follow through with on the SOCi site.

I have not had any issues with SOCi thus far.

Being able to easily post on multiple platforms makes posting faster and the staff is more likely to post more.
EASY TO USE
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to engage with the page whether its on my phone or the computer. Responding to reviews has never been easier. Being able to generate responses is the best thing ever!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I currently do not like about SOCi. It works perfectly for what I need it to do.
