SOCi makes social easy
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is a great tool for scheduling out posts, and finding ways to improve upon social media. I love the reporting and analytics tab for insights!

I wish you could post stories on the platforms as well!

SOCi is giving our onsite teams a way to schedule out posts with ease, making their lives more efficient at work.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly, posts are easy to set up.

I wish it had a filter to not allow negative comments or reviews on our webpage from being posted.

I love that it allows us to generate post for more than one of our social media platforms without having to create a single post for each social media platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about SOCI. Everything is very straight to the point and easy to use.

We utilize SOCI daily to validate guest experiences
What do you like best about the product?
We use SOCI daily to track guest feedback, both positive and negative. We also use the feedback to make informed decisions based on guest preference, cost and ability to produce great results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I typically give a 90 day range for my reviews and it'd be nice if the parameters were not set to start at the 1st of every month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better, more consistent dining experiences. It assists us in identifying stop gaps and teachable, coachable moments for our hourly and salary team members.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create ads on a whim using branded files, without needing to gather the materials manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! The interface is easy to use. A tutorial for new users may be helpful.

Used to have time constraints and creating social media adds was time consuming. Now it takes very little time, and it is much more effective!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like SOCi because it encompasses everything I need to do on a daily bases in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about SOCi. However, when responding to comments and messages, they will disappear after I see them, even if I have not responded, and then they can be hard to find again.

It takes 3 platforms we were using before into one.

Ease of view of reporting and ability to view group reporting for multiple business accounts at the same time as well as the customizable options within reporting

I have not found anything that I dislike about Soci

Being able to quickly view and share reporting for social sites accross multiple business accounts with various contacts at those businesses.

The calendar and scheduling tool. This way I can automate my posts
