The least helpful thing about SOCI is how we don't have access to all review sites that were promised

I love the layout of the platform. I love the ease of the forum and the graphs. It allows our office to see what we need at a glance and reports that allow us to dive deep

What do you like best about the product?
My absolute favorite feature is the libraries feature, which has premade content for days when you're just too busy to create something yourself. I also like that you can schedule the same content to be posted to all your social media platforms!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they would send reminders to post or notifications to our emails.

Soci Helps us generate more traffic and leads through social media marketing.

Sometimes the reporting feature is a bit clunky

Being able to coordinate all streams together
The data it provides is outdated.

Nothing. I wish I didn't have to be tied to it (It's mandatory for our franchise system).

Everything. Very late with notification of responses or messages. I still check every social media resource directly since Soci is always behind (several hours behind).

It's not solving anything

I like that I can have multiple locations in the same area, I like that you can collect a library of pictures to save and use without having to upload them each time

I find the interface quite old looking, and the capabilities of the scheduler has not kept up to thing like uploading multiple photos to Instagram or reels etc.

We manage multiple franchise locations and I like that I can post to social media for all locations from the same site without having to login to separate accounts
Review solicitation a big pain point
What do you like best about the product?
Liz B., our account rep, is amazing! We adore her and her continued stellar communication. Her constant communication and continued willingness to help is so valuable to our success.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that accuracy needs to be monitored more closely and prioritized. From the listings side, social media enhancements are not what's needed for our success. We need accuracy for information to be monitored more frequently and other tools (ex. rep.com) have made this a huge focus. While I udnerstand SOCi can't override a search engine entirely for listing content, being able to monitor the listings' accracy health within the platform is a neccessity that can make or break listings success.
Also, with reviews becoming more and more important, the limitations put in place by SOCi's relationship with Yelp make the listings management more difficult because we have to find another tool for this resource while asking our clients to manage reputation and reviews within SOCi. It's not conduvice to an efficient workflow and that's beginning to be more and more of a problem.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do see some results from delgating any listing errors to the SOCi team so they can escalate the errors to the search engines' support teams, however, the problems being solved are minimal currently. The Genius reviews, while very efficient and a great development, don't present as much added value as the basic review module capabilities. Incorporating AI was genius (pun intended), but for how my company uses the product, not the area we wanted to see improvements made. We were hoping for the review solicitation and accuracy aspects to get more attention first.
Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate with different websites where we have an online presence to manage reviews is such an asset for us. The ability to manage social media content as well within the same dashboard makes this a great multipurpose tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe this is a feature specific to your site, but having to re-validate access to accounts as different companies update their authentication credentials is a bit of a nuisance. I don't know if there's a way to automate that though, so it's hard to call that a negative for this platform specifically.

Reputation monitoring is critical, and the dashboard and automated notifications to navigate all open reviews is helpful by saving time in helping us not miss a review.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is very versatile and supports the main social media platforms. Soci offers insights on quality posting. In addition the Canva integration is phenonmenal. Makes creating and posting to multiple sites so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations are great. But its not as user friendly as I would like. The statistics should be clear and easily understood so that I can improve content published

Time consumption of posting to multiple sites. Also the ability to create content using Soci to post the content directly. Also there its easily accessible by all team member to collaborate social media post
Managing Social Media in a User Friendly Way
What do you like best about the product?
I love that all of our locations can have their social media and review postings managed in one central location, making it easier to be more customer-centric.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some review management can be slightly tedious. Multiple locations can cause slight confusion when responding to reviews for particular locations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responding to customer feedback and social media management. It allows us to be more customer-centric while also utilizing our social media to attract potential employees.
