Time saver

What do you like best about the product?
You set it and let it go. It post automatically for you freeing up your time do other things. Their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its pretty cluttered to look at like there is so many options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making posts on my behalf. I don't have to think about what to post. I'm not creative so it makes it easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to use the calander and schedule posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that other than the calander and posts the app itself is not super userfriendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Activiely posting on our social media. It benefits me by adding more time to my job other than posting on social media

The email notification needs to provide links to click to provide reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience to curate and schedule content easily. Being able to respond to comments and manage the page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very often pages come disconnected and do not post correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A 1 stop shop for users to be able to manage their social media accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is all in one spot, whether that be facebook engagements, google reviews, or customers filling out contact forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a few issues with responding through the mobile app, but the issues were quickly addressed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the problem of having to go to different sites to respond to customers. This benefits me by not only having all in one place, but also being able to reply to engagements on the app while I'm out of office.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and at once you can post on mulitiple other social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about soci . Easy to use and understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is solving the problem of posting in multiple social media platforms. I can do that with one click. All I have to do is link the accounts and one post and I am done.

Great Tool!

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to manage our franchise-wide social media pages! We have a few hundred accounts and SOCi makes it easy to group the accounts into different buckets so the right content is getting posted for the right location. Also love that it offers dynamic content that allows the franchise info to be unique per post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are any downsides. Sometimes getting tools like this approved from a budget perspective can be challenging, but the tool is definitely worth the price! It can also be difficult to promote adoption among the franchise partners, but that's true for any tool - they just need to see the value of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows us to easily manage our hundreds of social media accounts while providing everyone with the appropriate permissions needed based on their individual roles.

Takes out the guess work

What do you like best about the product?
I think the thing I like the most about SOCi is being able to schedule posts in advance. I do the whole year for any birthdays or anniversaies that need to be acknowledged and it really helps take the stress off my plate. Being able to get it all done and ready to go for even the next month really alleviates so much stress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I have anything bad to say about SOCi. They keep me from having to stress about posts and I appreciate that. Maybe they could set up something where it sends a reminder out for when you have a post ready to go live?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves me having to manage my posts and it benefits me by taking that task off my plate. Leaving me room to focus on other tasks that I need to complete. More time is always great.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of posting to multiple social media platforms at once, while also being to easily schedule out social media postings in the future. I also like that the photos you use are archived to easily use again by tagging.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tagging of another business our page is a little difficult but expected when you are posting to multiple social media platforms. Doing an Instagram story isn't possible currently so maybe that is something that could be added down the road.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having social media platforms in a central location makes it very convenient. It definitely saves time being able to just post one time for multiple platforms.
