What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy to connect our many franchisees social media accounts. Reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
no existing Soci integration with HubSpot, yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be impossible to manage all of the franchisees social media accounts without a tool like Soci

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature about SOCi is the auto generated responses. It allows the store to become more engaged with the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside would be not being able to link all the accounts available. It would help if there was a link that would make the linked accounts easier to setup. I am limited to only using google reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SOCi it helps improve accuracy of the feedback at the store. By getting customers to engage with us we are able to improve their experience. In doing so we have noticed an increase in foot traffic.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and it posts for me when I'm not able to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not anything I dislike about SOCi. It's so easy to use and it benefits our business in so many ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's getting our events posted on social media platforms and drawing in business in our location.

Making changes to pictures.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of posting the ads'. The schecduling of ads' and being able to put the extact time and date that you want
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing your picture orentation and croping is non existent. I would be nice to have more editing options for the pictures after loading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to put up multiple ads for a whole month or more at a time.

What do you like best about the product?
That SOCi is able to aggregate media postings is useful. It does save time logging into and out of individual platforms, and it helps with consistency of branding across them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Work with images is more difficult in SOCi than on individual platforms. Also, customizability of user interface is not as abundant as might be hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I operate a small practice. The time needed to maintain multiple platforms is time away from the primary provision of service. SOCi reduces that amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI helps streamline basic social media posts, making it easy to create content for all of your primary accounts. It's easy to learn, and great for teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing SOCI could advance on is simply adding more features. This platform could be perfect if it was truly a one-stop-shop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI solves the issue of keeping up with all your accounts. From catching reviews, to checking engagement to ensuring your promotions get out where they need to be.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has made a huge difference for us by providing our restaurant operators a one-stop shop for responding to customer feedback not only from Google & Facebook, but also from our own website contact us form. SOCi's mobile app makes it even easier for busy restaurant managers to quickly view and respond. Additionaly, the ability to adjust restaurant attributes like store hours from one source helps save time in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user home page can be intimidating to users that aren't tech savvy or who won't be taking full advantage of the data reporting within SOCi. I wish there was a more streamlined home page with quick links to the features that average users frequent most often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps streamline tasks so our restaurant operators can spend less time dealing with online issues like store listings, customer feedback, etc...
