Very easy product to maneuver through and use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the way that social scheduling is on the same platform as the reviews. I also like the way the reports suite is set up. It is super visual, which i love.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a few different review platforms that aren't compatible with Soci, so a lot of my reviews do not come through!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to get my reviews and my social scheduling on one platform. I don't have to switch back and forth, and I appreciate that a lot!
I know nothing about social media, however SOCi makes me look like a Pro!
What do you like best about the product?
The most significant benefit of SOCi is putting all the social pages for all locations in one spot. Not having to connect to a personal account or go page by page is a game changer. I also love the analytics dashboard allowing us to see the movement, growth and opportunities by location.
PS. As long as Chad Jordan wears the SOCi logo, I will always be a fan!

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Store Websites could be integrated into SOCi. It would streamline things much more. I'd also like to be able to break down dashboards and export data drilled down by store. If that is an option, I am not aware. Definitely could be a user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post across all platforms and all locations is a great benefit when we have a slow week of cultivating content. The ability to schedule out posts and have the built-in analytics of the best times to post is also helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to schedule out for an entire month and do this for all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a little more user friendly when using Canva and options for content.

We need to post to multiple platforms a few days a week. Soci allows us to schedule out and build our content all in one place. This also allows our whole office to see what is scheduled and make adjustments.
Social made easy
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have resources at your fingertips to handle your social media accounts. You can take care of live listings that are housed in different systems. Its a great tool to have to grow your presence for social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no AI feature readily installed to use, its an added feature that is charged for when other platforms include it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With using SOCi, this allows our 375 store locations respond to social media reviews and messages. Our owners are able to schedule one post across several platforms with ease. This also allows us to be able to ensure our store owners are following policy and procedures.
Easy way to plan & schedule posts!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to plan out my social media posts using the calendar feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not encountered any issues while using SOCi.

SOCi makes it easy for me to schedule out my posts so that I can have a better overall social media strategy. This helps me to save time and be more productive.

Perfect for managing business accounts!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Soci to manage all of our company's social media accounts. Soci makes it so easy to schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business. I can quickly schedule content for weeks in advance so it's one less thing on my to do list. I've tried other programs in the past but none have all the features or are as user friendly as Soci is. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Soci is I don't have the ability to easily crop an image to post. It's not a big deal to crop it in a photo app then upload to Soci, but it would be nice to do it all in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company has several branches, each with its own social media presence. Keeping up with four different platforms for each branch can be a headache. With Soci, I can manage it all in one place.
One stop solution for managing social media!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to post to multiple social accounts from one dashboard and using the scheduler feature to plan! I also love how it pulls in post engagements. SOCi is continuing to enhance their platform!

Some of the features we could be better utilizing. Ex) Libraries, contests, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us eliminate the issues we had with managing multiple social accounts. Now we have it under one dashboard!
