What do you like best about the product?
I have a CSM that is INCREDIBLE and unlike anyone else I have worked with in the past. He is quick to respond, listens to all my wants/needs, and delivers it with ease. I look foward to every call we have and he helps make my job and life easy and exciting. Thank you!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a choice in who I pick for social media content creation. I have been doing this for a while and have a "voice" already made and would like to see who fits that voice the best given their portfolio of work in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management when it comes to reviewing response times and analytics. BIG one is also content management as we can provide a list of events happening and the team gets it done for us.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. Good dashboard. The support team is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with the APIs campground addresses get missplaced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a central location for all of our campground listings in one spot that is easy to use and manage.

I love that I can pre-schedule posts and not have to worry about it during a busy day

Instagram can't connect on our account, but that may be user error

What do you like best about the product?
I love how we are able to stay relevant with the scheduled posts on our behalf. Everything is automated and run on our behalf - it cuts the marketing time by a lot!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the program could have additional users for the same branch added at no extra cost. If they could add that as an option - I would see a lot of growth here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a LOTTTTTTTTT of time for marketing.

The easy to use posting methods and detailed calendar are great

i wish you could post more info and there was no character limit and posting a group of pictures not jsut 1 at a time

I like that I can post to multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs the ability to add the location for my posts. I shouldn't have to go back into social media once it posts to add that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me time and making me available in day-to-day work flow.

What do you like best about the product?
i love the capability to see what my clients are saying about us and i amable to send their praises through email to the correct staff members

Soci has spam reporters. Its still positive but wishe they didnt exist

Soci stops the guess work out of what we are doing wrong or right and helps us move in a better direction

The perfect tool to streamline social posting all in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much time SOCi saves by providing the capability to post across different social platforms. The calendar view makes it easy to post in advance and identify gaps where posts are still needed. The training tools provided also make it less intimidating to get started, and have really helps our business owners get comfortable using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a handful of bugs that can be frustrating when the cause isn't known, but this might be more of an API integration issue rather than SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time with an all-in-one social media management tool has been the biggest benefit. Engagement with our business owners has been an issue, and SOCi has done an excellent job putting plans in place to increase engagement. Quarterly business reviews help identify problem areas for us to work on.

Super useful but lots of glitches

What do you like best about the product?
I love that i can make groups for different types of locations and easily differentiate my posts. also the LIBRARY!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of one-off random glitches. I've had to submit a lot of support tickets for random errors on specific people's accounts. Like this account doesnt have any access to the libraries or this account can't upload photos for some reason. We've been having a lot of issues with incorrect listings information on Waze and apple. Store name comes up as our old name and we cannot find a qay to fix it (info is correct in soci, but not on the listings platforms)

being able to bulk post on behalf of our locations!!
