Stay organized and updated
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduler allows you to see your planned social media posts in a month view. And if you are struggling to find the latest content, the Discover page has tons to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't save frequently used hashtags to simplify the process of scheduling/posting content. You have to enter them individually. If there was a way to pick from a list of a group of hashtags that would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting to multiple social media platforms all in one place and the integration of using Canva definitely helps simplify my work. Analytics are right there on the dashboard rather than navigating through the site.

Scheduling feature, templates for answering reviews, excellent graphics, and user friendly

More of a range of templates for review responses.

Cuts down my time tremendously scheduling marketing material for our social media and gives me ideas.
Good platform but a few problems
What do you like best about the product?
Combines everything we need and want to see all in one platform. Easy to respond to review on multiple platforms too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Submitting tickets to the support team can be problematic with poor response times on SOCi's end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it very easy to respond to review from multiple platforms all in one place without having to login to each individual platform. The review templates are also very helpful.
Easy to navigate

SOCI is easy to navigate & I love the fact that they offer training videos to answer any questions you might have.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found any dislikes or issues with SOCI.

Being able to post to all social media platforms at once, saves so much time.

So many features in one place. I can update my hours across all platforms, schedule social content, answer reviews, and so much more.

Could have more advanced and detailed reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At a franchise level, it helps make managing social content that aligns with the brand's vision simple. It also puts all of the necessary online presence tools in one place.

All accounts on one platform; you do not need to log in to separate accounts to create posts and see your ratings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to my lack of experience on Soci it is hard to retrieve responses from others.

Better navigation.
Responding to comments and reviews are the best.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the the alerts for reviews and comments. Using the automated response template take the pain out of what to say. Scheduling our social media content in place to share across multiple platforms is a plus.

Having to edit content on another platform and upload it. Would be nice to do it all in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing when the business gets engagements and keeping up with reviews can be difficult. Soci help me stay on top of this. The templates give me a good base and you can have it regenerate a response to keep them individualized.
Easy and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Soci makes multi platform posting absolutely seamless! The integration with FB, Instagram, Google and LinkedIn is great, and the ability to go straight to Canva isn't unnoticed either! Great post scheduling platform. Intuitive software makes everything super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I haven't encountered anything yet I can complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule and post on multiple platforms with one input solves many problems.
Great for multi location businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule social media posts for multiple locations and platforms is better than my experience with similar competitors. The approval system is great and very helpful in the social media scheduling process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics seems off. For example, I've checked analytics for a Facebook page, and compared it to what Facebook shows in its analytics and they weren't the same.
When I upload a video to post on social media, it doesn't seem to save it in the library, unlike photos. This is annoying if you want to re-use videos.

Being able to schedule posts for multiple locations for 1 business in collaboration with the manager.
Keeps me up to date and relevant!
