We love Soci!
What do you like best about the product?
Saves time creating one post and having it posted to all social outlets. I really like the scheduling feature, keep the staff organized and prepared for the month. The Soci reviews platform is excellent as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able to use Soci to post to Facebook or Instagram Story/Reels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving the staff time by creating one post and Soci posting to all social platforms. Gives more time for the staff to concentrate on leasing.
Great Resource
What do you like best about the product?
A centralized platform that allows all advertising to be localized and vastly informative tool that will enable reviews and ratings to provide resources to be compiled together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of a better platform to utlize. Nothing negative to report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the multi-platform utilization it allows the team to have a local platform for all socials. I find it a great resource to use and track your productivity and progression

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Soci is that by just signing into the platform, I can post, check reviews and interact with clients immediately. Also, the fact that I can use my phone or tablet to use it is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
Aesthetically it does not look as appealing (different from its competitors), and sometimes some scheduled posts do not post due to an error, and I do not get notified of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can develop marketing campaigns and deploy them through Soci fairly quickly. Also, the fact that I can schedule the weekend posts is awesome. Before leaving the office Friday, I have everything set.
Great to use for larger teams
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple users on various platforms without needing to share passwords. The ability to gain insights on each post was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would have liked to use Soci to create Events on Facebook or track attendees
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it for a time when we were focused on managing many social accounts on various platforms.
Immensely useful and incredibly simple!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule our marketing campaigns with one click! We run campaigns for multiple locations in the simplicity of this program is just amazing. Previously we were attempting to use each websites individual business suite to be able to run campaigns in marketing materials and it was incredibly time consuming. This keeps everything under one roof and allows us to get back to what we need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I have seen little to no downsides of using Soci for our company is looking for it works out perfectly. There is a learning curve, but luckily our corporate office ran training campaigns and provided individual hands-on training to be able to use the product efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to target multiple markets under one program in a time, efficient manner. It allows us to free of our schedules to pursue the immense amount of candidates that we are receiving.
Great platform - but hiccups in listings
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform is ever changing and trying to adapt with all the improvements with Google. By adding in the bulk updating field that was great. By partnering with Google, Yelp and Apple you can see the strides they are making.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always issues with listings. They say that the information is supposed to be correct with Apple, Bing and Yelp. However, the platforms do not always trust their data and is not always taken.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to update our information in one spot rather than several.
Also by getting metrics on reviews and GBP is really helpful. This data is not always available directly on the platforms, so this is really great to get.

Soci is awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can see all my interactions straight from one screen! I have over 10 accounts to manage for and it helps a lot to keep it all together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The image library could use some work. being able to view assets across locations should be available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is making easy for me to connect with customers across multiple accounts instantly!
SOCI has been a dream!
What do you like best about the product?
I have several offices, and being able to post off one platform has saved me loads of time. I also love how its connected with my corporate office, and we are able to share posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot post multiple photos to IG and Linked In. Videos can not be longer than 1 minute to post on IG.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me be able to post and schedule postings easier than with previous platforms. It helps increase productivity.
Quick, easy, simple
What do you like best about the product?
Planning your social media content for the month and not having to worry about daily posting

No complaints. Sometimes some errors posting but an email gets sent t notify the team.
