Excellent choice for multiple platform scheduling!
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice to have all your posts going out from a single source. You can use the content as templates for future posts and SOCi keeps track of your posts' metrics!
What do you dislike about the product?
Glitches happen occasionally and your posts won't go out when scheduled. Had this happen quite a lot with LinkedIn. You never receive any notifications, so you must check every post individually for the little red flag and repost it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not all platforms were allowing you to schedule posts in advance, which is difficult when you want your content to go out over the weekend. Some, like LinkedIn, only allow you to schedule a short time into the future, whereas SOCi gives you those options for further out. Not having to change platforms every time I want to share across them has been very useful too.
Great Onboarding Experience and Team
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way SOCi makes it easy to manage my all of my listings. With their intuitive interface and range of automated tools, I can easily keep all my online accounts up-to-date. Their analytics provide great insight into our reviews and allow for us to adapt strategies as needed. Additionally, their customer service team is always available to answer any questions I may have. All in all, SOCi offers an effective and efficient way to manage my listings and maximize my reivew ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I have not experience anything that would give me pause in my SOCi experience. We are happy with the service they are providing and the system they have in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping us keep all of our Reviews in check and allows for our stores to answer reviews in a timely manner. They are also helping us keep track of Social sentiment on the web and on social media through their social listening platform.
Makes Social Media Posting Simple
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes posting to social media platforms straightforward because you can post simultaneously to Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. SOCi also allows users to shorten URLs to save space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some technical problems boosting posts on Facebook. The error messages were not helpful or straightforward so it was difficult to troubleshoot the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi saves me time when posting to social media because I can hit multiple platforms simultaneously. This makes me more productive and increases my reach.

Ability to plan and schedule posts on different platforms at the same time in one place.

It took me a while to learn to navigate how everything works and exactly how to select the content I wanted to share.

I don't have to be on top of my social accounts every single day, but this platform helps to get it done automatically without wasting my time.
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Soci for over seven years and still love it! The platform continues to evolve with regular updates that make an already great tool even better. As a Marketing Director, I especially appreciate how Soci simplifies my workflow—grouping properties and scheduling monthly social media content is a breeze. The review management feature is intuitive, consolidating all reviews in one place and automatically notifying property managers so they can respond promptly and effectively. I highly recommend Soci to anyone in property management looking to streamline their marketing and reputation management efforts.

There is nothing I can think of that is a problem.

Good single platform for marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCi for being a single platform to market on different social media applications. Favorite feature is preparing future postings.

It took a bit to navigate and learn the system.

Best benefit of SOCi is continuity of advertising, where the same information is posted on different social media applicaitons.
Great all in one tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's helped us with review management, listings, social media planning, and keeping up with conversations. We manage this from a franchisor perspective, and we enjoy providing this tool to our franchisees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI is still being refined. Some items don't come across as intuitive. They do have a SOCi university that helps with some of those learning curve challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us as a brand keep track of our franchisees as a whole in their social media, listings, conversations, and reputation. We've seen an uptick in the GMB performances.
SOCI makes it easy to manage all my social media needs in one spot
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is very convenient. It is very easy to read and compare diagnostics across the 33 centers.
What do you dislike about the product?
When i receive notifications about the 33 centers i support, it gives very little info about the comments left by customers. I must go to a different area to see what the reviewer wrote.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
manage multi users and analyze which social media outlets are getting the most traction so we can manage future posting and paid boosting.
SOCi not recommended
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all of my photos can be stored and scheduled for future social media posts. I find the scheduling process easy and helpful. Honestly, there is not much I enjoy about using SOCi.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi is not an intuitive site to use. Things are difficult to find if you are not familiar with the site. I also don't like that the process of posting to facebook and instagram are very different. I will typically post from my native instagram account rather than through SOCi. Tagging people and business are nearly impossible. I will search and search, and the business I am looking for will never pop up to tag. Therefore, I will seperately schedule a facebook post through SOCi, and an instagram post through my native account. It is double the work for the same post. I wish I could share other businesses posts on facebook, or even like them. The "like" button through SOCi is very tempermental. I can only like tings that are posted directly on my page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to post to my social media accounts for my business. I only use it, though, because the franchise I own requires it. Otherwise, I would look for a different platform.
