amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is super user friendly ! It helps out alot with meeting our social media requirments. Love the new Soci Go app, makes posting super quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes post fail due to a large file size, that would be my only complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps reach more prospects. Takes off some of the work load by assiting with posting after hours.

I think it's great to have soci post for me because it takes the work out of having to come up with Content every day

It's a little confusing to navigate but I'm getting used to it

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I do not have to worry about what gets put out by SOCI for my travel business. The integration between Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn; make it easy for me to stand out. I can also add the content to my personal social media pages as well as other social media avenues. I also love the content that is provided which is so important to stand out. SOCI adds content on a regular basis which makes it easy for my clients and potential clients to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be easier to repost things as a sharing option in FaceBook, rather than cutting and pasting which makes it more time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to focus on building my business.
Easy to use and setup social posting platform with many addons
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to use after the initial traning plus thye have many resources like the online university with many videos to watch. Overall the system is user friendly and the interface is simple to access. Integration was very simple and the promps were just enough to get to you connected fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only upgrade would be an additional user level like "client" besides the Admin and Manager ones and maybe a way to post to Facebook Stories and Reels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All under one location, easy for the executive team to get a quick overview of what is sheduled and run quick reports without having to wait for the social team reports.

I never have trouble using Soci. I wish getting to the app was easier as it is sometimes slow.

Social Game Changer!!
What do you like best about the product?
This has made posting to social media 10x faster and easier. I love the simple fact that you do not have to go and post to each platform separately. I also appreciate the fact that you can duplicate posts throughout the month!
What do you dislike about the product?
A slight downfall of this application is that you cannot see popular hashtags when you are making the posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time consuming task of having to make a post and then copy and paste, attach the same photo and create a whole new post on another platform - completely gone! Havent had to stress about keeping up with posts, what posts ive already made, finding posts is even easier bc its all scheduled out right there and you can filter what dates etc.
